Delivery estimate is 20-30 minutes. An hour later and the pizza is finished (according to the tracker) but has been sitting there for 40 minutes. I understand not having drivers but maybe give a more accurate delivery time and delay making the pizza so it can actually arrive fresh. Called and ended up cancelling.

Terrible! Zero stars. Ordered 50 pizzas in advance & confirmed my order THREE times with a manager and store staff. Called the morning of my event and was told they could not find my order and wouldn’t be able to make it in time for on time delivery for school lunch. 200 elementary kids with no lunch. Thankfully Cici’s Pizza saved the day & arrived in 30 minutes with all 50 pizzas! Not using Domino’s again.

Everytime I place an order it takes twice as long to receive it everytime no matter what time of day I order. Well tonight they stole from me! My pizza was never delivered! I ordered at 9:55p.m. and never received my pizza even though the tracker said it was delivered around 11:50p.m. I never received my pizza and they took my money. They definitely don't care about the customer!

Manager Michael said was the most unprofessional. I’m a sales director myself and would never tell a customer sorry nothing I can do for you. When purchasing on the phone because website was glitching not letting me check out online. They repeated my order and it was correct. When arriving a pizza was missing and another not made right. Michael proceed to tell me he could make me one, but rang me up for a medium pizza and wanted me to pay $15 and some change. When on phone I got to use the $6.99 code for the items. He would not work with me and give me same discount. I had bought 6 pizza 2 pastas and bread bites already paid 70$ for food. I’m disgusted in how he treated me. Not to mention it was for my daughters birthday and the one pizza she wanted. You guys need to do better hiring and who you make a manager because Michael is not it.
