Domino's Pizza

I just want to acknowledge the manager Lay at this location. My family ordered two pizzas tonight to be picked up. I picked them up and went home and one of the pizzas was wrong. Of course I was disappointed so I drove back to the store. Lay asked me what was wrong and I showed her and she immediately solved the issue made me a new pizza kept the correct pizza warm for me while I waited. I am in customer service and this was GREAT customer service. The other thing I noticed before I even know she was the manager was that she was working alongside her team while leading it making a great example of how a true leader is. Thank you Lay for making our order right and for being an awesome leader.

I ordered 2 pizzas and some bread bites very close to closing and they fullfilled my order perfectly. When I arrived they were happy and smiling. I had a great experience at this domino's.

I placed an order of 20+ pizzas for my work at 11:20am on a friday and they had them ready by like 11:50am. They did an amazing job and each pizza was made with exceptional quality! Props to the team they were on it!

I come in every Friday & it is always busy. A employee named Liyah was the first to greet & acknowledge me and took my order. I saw a list of orders on the screen & thought it was going to be a long wait but she ensured me that she would make my pizza and put it in as soon as possible . I only waited about 10 minutes & my pizza was made pretty & perfect! Now I ask for Liyah every time !

I hardly ever write reviews, but my experience with Liyah was of the highest standard. I arrived a little early for my order, and she was super friendly and attentive. Such an unexpected surprise. Pizza was hot and yummy, as I expected. 10/10 will order again!

I had placed an order with a Liyah today and she was so kind. Usually, you get the bare minimum when getting takeout pizza you know? She was informative , gave accurate time of when my order would be ready and had patience for all my request lol. She also double checked to make sure I had my order as I asked , and gave me enough condiments for my order. I’d continue to come to this location instead of Mansfield just for her. Thanks you for being refreshing on how customer service is supposed to be!
