Had Kalaches and Glazed donuts. Kalaches kalaches were 7/10. Glazed donuts were an 8/10. Lady was really nice so service was 10/10.

Need itemized receipts if you think people are trying to pull a fast one. I went there this morning to get items because this is my go to donut place. (The donuts are delicious mind you so the one star is not for that.) the sweet lady did not give me my three sausage rolls that I ordered. I left dropped my daughter off at school came back to let her know that she did not give me my sausage rolls. She proceeds to tell me I believe that she did not charge me for sausage rolls. I showed her the total taken from my debit card and the items i got didn’t not match up with the total. But for some reason, the message still was not crossing over. After a few back-and-forth and language barrier issues she opened up the drawer and gave me $4.70 in cash. I told her I was not trying to get cash back I wanted the sausage rolls that I was charged for. Then I proceed to just get more sausage rolls and she told me that I can’t. Made me feel like crap. I truly didn’t deserve that on this morning. Yes I understand Language barriers can prove to be issues in communications, but math and deductive reasoning is the same in all languages. Im not a bad review leaving type of person. But I need someone to hopefully translate the message to her that they need itemized receipts for situations as such.

Stopped here on a Saturday for 2 jumbo kolochies, and 2 donuts. The worked out them in the microwave, once I got to my vehicle I grabbed a kolochies to eat and was hard as a rock and still cold. The donuts were hard as well. They must refrigerated in sold product to sell for the next day. Do not get donuts or kolochies here.

Very rude donuts hard & nasty and then wanted to argue with me about my receipt like lady will never come back & don’t recommend this nasty place at all
This donut shop has been here since before my children were in the elementary school across the shop, many, many years ago. My children are now grown and have children themselves.
The donuts are great and the lady that work there is so sweet and kind. I totally recommend Donut Palace.
