The drinks and food is good but the younger women there really need to work on their attitude and customer service. Very unprofessional and rude when taking an order or helping with anything. I go regularly to dunkin but this location specifically needs to better their customer service. It’s really not a good feeling to feel like you’re a burden for ordering food… at a food place…. I understand work can be frustrating but there really is no excuse for this level behavior.

The customer service is really good I went in and asked for a 12 count dounts and they where really nice abt it and offered me to buy a golden hour refresher that I would recommend yall should get my first time and I liked the customer service there.😁

Went thru the drive thru was greeted by worker i told her i wanted A French vanilla ice coffee and she said you mean a latte i said No a coffee immediately she said anything anything else me feeling rushed when I had several more items to order. I said I would let her know when I was done then she proceeded to say I’ll be with you in a minute when she got back on the speaker I asked, may we complete our order or do you still need a minute She then replied with if you’re gonna be that rude, you can just get out of my drive-through line lol after hearing the response i drove Away because with an attitude like that i didnt want anything extra in my drink so decided to go to Starbucks instead Dunkin’ Donuts at this location is equal to McDonalds compared to chick fila I’ll never return and hopefully whoever reads this stays far away from this location as well

Not a full Dunkin Donuts, very little variety in sugar poison donuts for the loved ones. Has a Baskin Robbins in the same store at this location. Who doesn't carry old fashioned donuts or blueberry cake and at least Cinnamon rolls???

Extremely disappointed in this location. I pass the location on my way to work as it’s closer than Starbucks for me. They got my order wrong and I did not notice until I was almost to work. I called and no pickup which was fine I figured they were busy. Called on my way home once I remembered and the team member actually remembered me without me saying much. She said “did you have the pretzel slider?” I was happy she remembered since I drove off without receipt. I told her I was going out of town and it would be a week before I would try the restaurant again. When I went back they were so rude and acted like I was lying. Basically wrong coffee and donut holes which I don’t eat was a waste.
