So grateful for the Dunkin Donuts here! Our school did a Writer’s Cafe to help promote literacy and needed a community partner to help offset the cost and the amazing people at this Dunkin were SO helpful. So thankful for the wonderful ladies that worked w me.

They only had two people working, 6 card deep mobile drive through and two long lines. I placed my order 10 minutes before getting to the dunkin on my mobile app, then got to the store and waited another 30 minutes. I did not have time to wait and there was no effort to make any of the mobile orders faster, they prioritized their dunkin delivery order and people who were walk ins over the drive through or mobile orders.
Don’t come here. I need a refund for my order.

On my way to work on October 28th, I deviated from my regular commute to visit this location and ordered an iced coffee. As I was sipping my drink, I noticed a hair “on” it. Initially, I thought the hair was on the outside of the cup, so I attempted to wipe it off. After I parked in my work garage, I realized that the hair was actually inside the drink. I contacted corporate about the issue, and shortly after, I received an email from the manager of the store promising me a gift card for the inconvenience. It has now been three weeks, and I have yet to receive anything!

Went inside to order and the person who took the order and person who made the drinks were very nice and pleasant. They gave us our order and I saw one of the sandwiches was wrong. I told the person who made the sandwich and she just kept telling me it was right and then proceeded to show me the manual of how the sandwiches are made with such an attitude
I said ma'am I can clearly see this is not the sandwich I ordered, there's a picture of it on the menu in front of my face lol
She made the right sandwich after, but she could've just said my bad and remade the sandwich. The attitude was not needed

Had issues with Uber order didn't have donuts with order I had to come all the way back to make order right. The customer had issues before with them missing donuts. I tried to talk to lady and she ignored me and kept walking away and giving attitude.

Went this afternoon and was helped by 2 lovely girls. Got an iced caramel latte and light pineapple refresher, both of which were great. One of the best locations I’ve been to for sure!

UPDATE: Don’t bother contacting corporate. They say that the franchise owner or representative will contact you and then they never do. Then you contact corporate again to let them know you haven’t heard from anyone, they ignore your emails. Not a great way to run a business.

The morning manager is completely rude. Has an attitude and treats customers poorly. When you I went to this location to pick up an UberEats order. When I went inside, a girl asked me if she could help me and I told her I was there to pick up an order and I gave her the name and the manager said “it’s not ready” with an attitude. So I said, can I not wait for it? And then she told me to get out of her store and not come back
