This place is a joke, my daughter came which was 15 minutes away. I order a hazelnut iced coffee with no ice so I can have it for work tomorrow. My daughter came back with a half cup of coffee, I asked her what happened she said the lady at the window had taken the ice out. I called up there and said it was an upcharge to get it filled up, WHAT!!!! I wish would've gone because I would've got a damn REFUND. Never again will I visit this location

My first time ordering coffee at Dunkin's! I am gluten and dairy-free and my barista Asia was immediately able to tell me what I could order from their allergen menu. She was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I got my iced coffee right away and it is delicious!

This location will gladly accept mobile orders then refuse to give you the food/drink that you paid for. No matter what time of day, they always claim to be out of everything and refuse to give a refund. If you contact corporate, all they offer is 250 "reward points"... which never covers the stolen money and besides, how can you use "reward points" if the store pretends not to have anything to spend them on? This location is a scam.

This morning when I came I did an online order for an iced matcha latte with oatmeal & marshmallow cold foam & blueberry muffin. I pulled into the drive thru & told them I had a mobile order, the worker said they didn’t have marshmallow cold foam anymore. So I asked for sweet cold foam instead. Then he asked me what else? I told him I also had a blueberry muffin. After I got my drink and muffin I left and I tasted my drink. IT WAS SPOILED. It was super sour and terrible! So I had to drive back & go inside and asked them to make me a new one and when I did a male and female worker looked at each other as if I’m the stupid one like why would it be sour? I’m like the milk you guys is probably bad because it tastes horrible. Then proceed to make me a new drink with a new carton of milk, but now they barely gave me any cold foam! TERRIBLE. I already had to drive back. But, that’s fine I’m more upset that the service was terrible because they did not once apologize for my inconvenience. Now a days, people have no more common courtesy. I definitely will not be coming to this location anymore. A simple, “i’m sorry about that” would have been nice!

Went through the Drive-Thru to get a quick drink and donut which were made, The reason i’m giving this location a 1 star is because the register somehow broke down so she took my card to a different register which felt a little strange. Also asked for a cup of water since it’s almost 103 degrees outside and I got charged without even being told they charge for water and didn’t notice till she gave me my receipt back.
Its been years since I had dunkin donuts and I will never buy again they taste like left over donuts and they were so cold like they just came out of the refrigerator they looked nothing like the picture at all. I hated that I wasted my money I really really do.

I placed an order on the app. Went through the drive through and after giving me two drinks she asked me what the rest of my order was. Then they had me pull around to wait for my food. After waiting another 5 minutes they brought out part of my order. I had to go back in the get the rest of it.
