On my way to work on October 28th, I deviated from my regular commute to visit this location and ordered an iced coffee. As I was sipping my drink, I noticed a hair “on” it. Initially, I thought the hair was on the outside of the cup, so I attempted to wipe it off. After I parked in my work garage, I realized that the hair was actually inside the drink. I contacted corporate about the issue, and shortly after, I received an email from the manager of the store promising me a gift card for the inconvenience. It has now been three weeks, and I have yet to receive anything!

Went inside to order and the person who took the order and person who made the drinks were very nice and pleasant. They gave us our order and I saw one of the sandwiches was wrong. I told the person who made the sandwich and she just kept telling me it was right and then proceeded to show me the manual of how the sandwiches are made with such an attitude I said ma'am I can clearly see this is not the sandwich I ordered, there's a picture of it on the menu in front of my face lol She made the right sandwich after, but she could've just said my bad and remade the sandwich. The attitude was not needed

Had issues with Uber order didn't have donuts with order I had to come all the way back to make order right. The customer had issues before with them missing donuts. I tried to talk to lady and she ignored me and kept walking away and giving attitude.

UPDATE: Don’t bother contacting corporate. They say that the franchise owner or representative will contact you and then they never do. Then you contact corporate again to let them know you haven’t heard from anyone, they ignore your emails. Not a great way to run a business.
The morning manager is completely rude. Has an attitude and treats customers poorly. When you I went to this location to pick up an UberEats order. When I went inside, a girl asked me if she could help me and I told her I was there to pick up an order and I gave her the name and the manager said “it’s not ready” with an attitude. So I said, can I not wait for it? And then she told me to get out of her store and not come back
This place is a joke, my daughter came which was 15 minutes away. I order a hazelnut iced coffee with no ice so I can have it for work tomorrow. My daughter came back with a half cup of coffee, I asked her what happened she said the lady at the window had taken the ice out. I called up there and said it was an upcharge to get it filled up, WHAT!!!! I wish would've gone because I would've got a damn REFUND. Never again will I visit this location

My first time ordering coffee at Dunkin's! I am gluten and dairy-free and my barista Asia was immediately able to tell me what I could order from their allergen menu. She was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I got my iced coffee right away and it is delicious!

This location will gladly accept mobile orders then refuse to give you the food/drink that you paid for. No matter what time of day, they always claim to be out of everything and refuse to give a refund. If you contact corporate, all they offer is 250 "reward points"... which never covers the stolen money and besides, how can you use "reward points" if the store pretends not to have anything to spend them on? This location is a scam.
