Honestly out of all dutch bros I've been to, this one is the best and has the nicest people working here. I go quite often due to my job being down the road. One thing I absolutely love is on merch drops my manager let's me leave for a bit to go pick up my drinks I pre-ordered for everyone and have them ready by 3. That way me and my coworkers still get to be apart of the merch drops as well! I cant think of anything these workers need to work on better or change from what they already do! I know people can be mean and get frustrated waiting for so long, but those days it seems to me only like 3 people are working inside and they are stuck with a huge rush. Thank yall for always being so sweet to me and also for giving me my first ever free drink I've heard so much about from other people! I swore it was a joke at first haha 😄

Kylie, True, Saara, and Aleah are seriously the BEST part of Dutch Bros! Every time I come through, they're so friendly, upbeat, and welcoming-it genuinely makes my day better.
They remember orders, give great drink recommendations, and keep the energy positive no matter how busy it is. You can tell they really care about customers and love what they do. Dutch Bros is lucky to have such an amazing team-give these girls a raise!

I hardly ever write reviews but this experience was so bad. My order wasn’t right and the staff was not inviting whatsoever. They were having conversations with each other instead of with their customers, which should be the most prioritized. I asked for one of the easiest orders to make which is a cookie chocolate milk. I asked for the cookie flavoring to be added into the soft top and they said they could do that and I asked for holiday sprinkles on top, none of which were recieved. The staff working made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them and that is the last way you should make a customer feel. Very dissatisfied.

I pulled up to Dutch Bros having a really bad day, but True completely turned it around. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely uplifting. Her positive energy and warm attitude made such a big difference that I actually come back regularly now because of the impact her service had on how I see the Dutch Bros brand. Thank you, True, for making my day brighter and setting the standard for amazing customer service!

Love the Dutch Bros drinks and visit many of the areas locations. Unfortunately the service at the Mansfield TX is so horrible I will never go back. We pulled into the drive through and there was one car at the window. Waited for 15 minutes while the person working the window chatted with his friend. Person in the car wasn't even buying anything. Recommend not going there if you value your time. They obviously don't.

Friday October 30th, 2025 at 7:10am-7:15am I took my daughter to this dutch bros. I ordered a Large Carmelizer & a Large Water. Never paying more than $10 at any other Dutch Bros location. The lady in the window charged me $16.⁰⁰ I noticed I and asked the lady what's goin on she said oh your Carmelizer is an expensive drink....that doesn't sound right at al. It did not make any sense to but I had to get my daughter to school.

Ordering ahead implies that my drink will be made before I arrive. But the last 5 visits to this location, they start my drink once I get to the window. I place my order 15 minutes prior to arriving and they never have it ready. I hardly choose dutch bros, because I always end up late to work because of this.

Absolutely awful took over half an hour to get drinks and then they kept getting everything wrong and then having to have everything remade it is shocking how this place is still in business plus the girl that made my SIL drink literally left it on the counter and walked outside so we had to wait again for her to even be handed her drink...the whole experience was terrible
