Horrible!! The service here every time I have been has been awful. When I get to the window I am not greeted at all, and then when my drink is ready I get handed it and get nothing, not even a thank you or a smile. I once asked about their new food items around 7pm and was told they no longer are selling them because they closed down the ovens. Every other location i’ve been to has not done this!! Fix your employees attitudes please, this is embarrassing.

This has been my regular Dutch for years but recently the coffee’s just haven’t been tasting good like how they used to. I’m pretty sure it’s due to all the new ppl . I feel embarrassed to ask them to remake it every time so I just stopped going as much as I used to. And I rather drive the extra 15 mins to 7brews.

Never had a problem with anything here love this location. Just warning anyone who gets the new seasonal Luvstuck Rebel iced BE CAREFUL! All I did was put the straw in the mouth piece and my drink exploded all over me and in my car. Maybe this is why the iced version isn’t on the menu 😭

I’ve been a big fan of Dutch Bros Coffee for over 4 years and come to this location every single morning. I’m usually very happy with both the service and the drinks, and they normally make my order exactly the way I like it.😊 Unfortunately, this morning was disappointing. A young lady whom I haven’t seen before prepared my drink. 😞I ordered my usual Blended Freeze, Picture Perfect, but while waiting, I noticed the drink was made carelessly with poor hygiene, which can be seen in the first photos I’ve uploaded. The first photo shows what I received today—it looked unappealing and tasted very different from usual. There was far too much dark chocolate sauce, making it overly sweet and even sour in taste, especially for a morning drink.😫 I couldn’t drink it and had to throw it away. The shop wasn’t busy, so there was no reason for the inconsistency.
The second photo, taken on Friday, shows the same drink made by a male employee—perfectly balanced, visually appealing, and tasting great, just like it always does. I order the same drink every time, so I know how it should look and taste. When I politely asked the lady to confirm my order, she responded rudely, which made the experience worse.🥺 I truly love this location and hope this feedback helps improve consistency, hygiene, and customer service.

We love this location nothing we've gotten has ever disappointed. As a family of 6 it really matters to us where spend our dollars. This location is our go to for service and gets us right every time.
I love Dutch bros! But not after this branch! We got 3 hot golden eagle and 1 mocha! Terrible! It was literally drinking “hot water”. We had to rush because we had to catch somewhere. Ordered from the window because only one person was working and the drive thru took forever. Only if I knew it would taste like hot water for all our drinks could’ve passed!

For the last couple time I been through the window they been giving me the wrong order, they dont verify the drinks make sure your getting your correct order, as if their just trying get people outta the way. I used to really like going to this dutchbros not because it the closest to me, but the people were cool and they knew my order from seeing my car
