This keeps getting poorer reviews and the the time I even go looking for it, I have to leave one not only for the business hours not being added to the listing, but the person in charge of taking care of this listing and providing customers with relevant information and business hours. They should be ashamed of themselves and step up to the plate and fix it.

They always sort of throw my food together and often get my order wrong. I ordered the plain Nova Lox, and they gave it to me with an asaigo bagel (kinda nasty). Sometimes it's fine but I'm frequently disappointed.

I know that someone else complained about Google maps taking you to a Starbucks instead. This is exactly what happened to me and they have been told before to fix the issue. However, as of today it hasn't been corrected. I'll just go to another place to get a bagel.

Wasted money on a cold brew shake that was basically half foam, waited on my food for the longest only to be told that they forgot about it, and they just left it on top of the microwave/oven. By the time I got it, it was cold

Google maps and ways takes you to Starbucks! It doesn't tell you do you have to walk half across the college just to get to it, for to even be closed on the weekends! Do better.... fix your location

I waited fifteen minutes in line and ordered just to be told, rudely, they're not taking cash. It must be a new policy because I know I've gotten stuff from there before. Ridiculous.

I usually come to get my breakfast here but they always take such a long time.
They had me waiting for 20 minutes or more and they took so long to prepare my order and still got it wrong and it’s not the first time they do this.
The manager is great but those kids working there just can’t do their job correctly.

The international workers take wayyy too long and can barely take your order at times, seems like if you have a pulse they’ll hire you at this location

Drive-through service was slow and very rude. When you place your order to the window and you tell them everything you want as far as condiments and they don’t put anything in there. I waited for at least three minutes for the girl to even turn around and acknowledge that I was still sitting in my car waiting for her assistance.. So she started to argue with me. And then she got annoyed because I needed something else. And on top of that, the bagel wasn’t even toasted as requested. This is my third trip to the store and I will not return to that location ever again and we just moved out that way.

I placed an order through Grubhub because the line was too long. I arrived exactly eight minutes later, as the app indicated my order was ready. When I asked the lady at the counter, she seemed unsure and told me it would take another 5-10 minutes. I waited in the back, where I could still hear and see everything, for about 10 minutes to give them time to prepare. However, they never called my name.
When I returned to the counter, they informed me that my order had been completed, my name had been called, and since I didn’t show up, they threw it away. I had been in the back the entire time and they never called my name or made my order at all.
I was unfairly blamed for forgetting my order, which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, it was wrong. This entire experience has been very upsetting. NEVER AGAIN

Only one person working there most of the times. Long lines and rushed subpar food.

The manager is clearly trying to pocket the money that's supposed to go to hiring employees

Also the outside pick up window is often neglected. Stood there for about 10 minutes before walking away

This is not a well run establishment. The first time I came here they took a very long time to make my bagel and they got the order wrong. The second time I went I ordered a bagel and cream cheese, they didn’t even toast my bagel. The line is so long and they take way too long that I didn’t even bother going back to get my order fixed. Should have learned from my first experience. Don’t waste your money here, pick something up somewhere else.
