I don't know if it was because the owner of the restaurant was in the restaurant at that time.This day was SundayOn Monday we visited this place again but HOOOOOOO surprise I ordered some tripe tacos when they served me the tripe were all runny and I asked Luis if they could BROWN them A LITTLE MORE and what was my SURPRISE when Luis returned with my tacos of guts the guts were burnt with a bitter taste I couldn't enjoy them anymore because of the bitterness of my tacos and they were also bringing around me and the aroma of liquid that human for trapera is not pleasant at all when you are enjoying a delicious dinner we make many clients who are allergic to some aromas of what is used for moppingFor any clarification I am at your service.

There are several options on the menu, and they all look very good. So I had to try at least 3 different dishes ? but sadly, this restaurant needs more work on the taste of their food. (As we say in Spanish, Le falto Sazon) flavor was bland on each dish I ordered.The service and atmosphere are perfect, but again, one goes to a restaurant to eat the tasty food, not just for the service.To each their own hope you all like it, but hands down, I would not return.Kid-friendliness: You can definitely bring your kidsWheelchair accessibility: Yes not wide enough entrance

This was the BEST chile relleno dinner I have EVER had. The waitresses are bilingual but this is a very “locals” Spanish-speaking restaurant- our waitress was super sweet- giving my kid a chance to practice a little on his own! The service was outstanding, their homemade salsas and sauces are praise worthy! Do not let the location dissuade you. It’s worth the extra few blocks outside of downtown, and the price is wildly more affordable with perfect portion servings. We will absolutely come back next time we’re in town.

They haven't finished eating yet when they start cleaning and mopping with an hour to go before closing with a lot of chlorine smell and it's fabulous, it's uncomfortable eating like this and they don't put up signs about bad wet floors.

As a Mexican, I can honestly say this is one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in the area. The food plus the price is incomparable. It needs a renovation but everything else is fantastic!
