Dont recommend bought 3 chicken tostadas our tostadas should have been called rice tostadas with burnt chicken. The place was hot was very overwhelming felt like 80 degrees or more. The chicken was over done hardley had any pieces no wonder they charge for double meat. We left half our tostadas the amounts of rice was ridiculous. The green hot sauce was delicious thats all, quite suprised food on that side is not that great 2 restaurants thumbs down near this location and now pollo loco. Its awful since we are spending the money should get good food as well. This pollo loco is a no more for me.

Driest chicken I may have ever had, chicken wing only had half a bite of meat on it. Rice and beans were good though. The photo was the thigh. Outside of the chicken was tasty but inside was bland and dry. Couldn’t finish it.

Worst salad I ever had! I went through the drive thru and got a double chicken avocado salad. I didn't see it until I got home or else I would've sent it back for a refund. For $14 I got 3 brown avocado slices on top, old brown lettuce, hard, tough chicken cubes and the worst street corn I've ever tasted. I chose the cilantro dressing and it was so spicy I couldn't eat it and I love spicy. After 5 bites, I just couldn't force myself to eat it. Money wasted. I'll never go back.

Restroom smells like a rat died in it. No soap dispenser, so it is impossible to wash your hands. The food was ok, I guess. I've had better at other locations. My combo didn't come with the chips. The staff was really nice
