Mediocre but healthy for fast food. Nice size portions and filling. Service has never been bad here and the atmosphere is a clean typical fast food restaurant of the newer ages with neutral colors and no personality outside of their branding.

I don't typically eat anything defined as fast food anymore. A fellow contractor treated me to lunch here, which was the first time in years I had been to El Pollo Loco. Gotta say, not only was the place clean and the service speedy, but the food was fantastic. It absolutely is better than it's obvious competitors and would definitely go back.

It was really surprising to see how few customers were there at lunch, especially for such a heavy traffic...
