food was alright but good at the same time, I give it a 3 because I asked to take a couple things off and everything I asked to take off was on it. 😭 but the customer service was still good.

Kids were hungry after a tournament so we stopped by since it was close. Service was friendly enough , food was not worth the price though. Burgers were skinny and small, fried chicken sandwich had no seasoning and it was dry. we had fat fries and skinny fries and those were nothing special no seasoning on them either. Floors were a little messy, we had to wipe down our table it was sticky as well. First and last time going to a fatburger . Whataburger by far is superior

Came to Dallas from Houston and was looking for food places for my family and I to eat that also had Margaritas. Seen Fatburger and from the pictures on google and Instagram it seemed like the best choice. We went at about 8pm..The moment we walked in we were greeted. with this being our first time we took a while to look at the menu, we were not rushed or anything but instead encouraged to look at the menu, which was great. the manager there who was on the register her name was Kay. the most amazing person you ever want to meet, she was so nice, welcoming and helped us with what size burger to get. she was kind enough to have The guy that makes the burgers show us the bun sizes of each burger which was a huge help. Customer service from her and her staff was top tier. She had just mad the maragarita and it was soooooooo good! it was perfect! not too strong but definitely will have you tipsy enough to have a good time but tell remember everything lol. the burgers were huge!!!!!!! and worth every penny. If u think a original or large is probably small, trust me, ITs not! i got a XXL and had over half left. The burgers were so juicy but not sloppy.. the onion rings are huge and so crispy, the fries were perfect!!!!!All in all the atmosphere and service and food was next level and was amazing !!! we will be back. Thank you Kay and your amazing night staff
