Received the wrong order. It took 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and 2 fries to-go, which usually isn't a big deal....except when there were 2 orders in the entire store...and they mixed them up. Plus the burgers themselves were not made as well as they usually are. Please work on making sure orders are properly put with the correct ticket.

please do not come here , from the lack of communication to getting orders incorrectly. Me and my family went to the restaurant to dine in, we placed an order that was almost 70 dollars just to get this horrible experience.. we asked for sweet potato fries and got the complete opposite as well , I ordered my chicken wings well done and they weren’t even fully cooked. On top of that the burgers tasted like Whataburgers so really don’t even waist your time . Not to mention they gave two of our meals to someone else and didn’t even notify us on what was going on, making us wait an additional 30 minutes just for the food to be cold … I’d say if you wanna deal with something like this just go to Whataburger even they have better costumer service then this .

Fun place. Great ordering system with an enthusiastic and happy counter professional.I had the regular fat burger meal and really liked the burger and the fries. The burger itself was cooked to perfection and quite tasty. Fresh veggies and a delicious bun. The fries are excellent, better than just about any others out there. Lightly seasoned and crispy like a good fry should be.The service was top notch. It's great to be in a restaurant full of happiness.

Great customer service. This was my first time going here and the lady were amazing. Always walking by asking if we need anything. Food was great. The hamburger was very tender with a nice flavor. Wings were crispy on the outside and real tender on the inside. Definitely coming back for the triple king challenge.

It’s been my second time at fatburger. Both times were exceptional. This time I got original cheeseburger with the fried egg and it definitely hit the spot ! The sweet potato fries surprised me the most ! The best I’ve tried .
Seems expensive...untill you realize that each burger patty is a meal...this is not five guys...Fatburger offers a MUCH better value and better burger.

Came in here a few days ago for my very first time with my son and was greeted as soon as i walked in. Ms Nichole is such a sweetheart and a thrill to talk too. She introduced me to the menu with a smile on her face the whole time. She even noticed my son looking at the cookies and bought him one with her own money. The food was fantastic i had an impossible burger and my babyboy had a baby fat (how cute is that!). Food is amazing and the service is fantastic. Keep up the great work y’all !!!
