It's been a while since I've eaten here and I was S U R P R I S E D at the tiny sandwich I found when I opened my bag. My 2oz bag of chips was WAY bigger than the snack size sandwich...seriously!

Expect to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich & this is every time even with no one in there. The service is just slowww. Better off going to Steak n Shake & dealing with the stomach pain

I am a frequent visitor of this restaurant, but these past few experiences have been less than pleasent. This was due to the poor customer service I have been receiving by the same worker (Trinelle) time and time again. This employee seems to be distracted by her phone each time I’ve seen her, with headphones in, causing sloppy mistakes to my order

I didn't get the manager's name tonight but was so friendly and helpful i had trouble with my app and the manager patiently waited and helped me through the stressful process. I sure did appreciate it. I think it was nikk or something. Thank you so much for your understanding. I sure enjoyed my hook and ladder sub.

Food was great. The lack of customer service and rude attitudes is why we won’t be back. Asked for deli mustard on the side. Was told they won’t / can’t do that. Asked for a packet of mustard. Without even looking 2 people said we don’t have any. Asked if they had any to-go condiments was told no. Very rude. Rushed out of store. Staff did not seem to want to help or even want to be there. There’s 1001 sandwich shops in Arlington save yourself the headache and go there.
