The food was very good.My husbands fried catfish was well seasoned and crispy. My burger was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was lively and friendly. There was a large crowd because of the football game, and the restaurant seemed short staffed, but we still got our food quickly. All of the servers were nice and asked if we needed anything. Overall it was a great experience.

Ordered snow crab legs, corn, sausage in the “It’ll change your life” sauce and I can confirm that it will change your life by giving you high blood pressure, high cholesterol if you don’t already it. It was so salty just tastes like salty butter. I only got one corn and 2slices of sausages (literally 2pcs of sausages) not even 1/2 a sausage and this was $5 extra (for 1 corn and 2 slices of sausages) You can buy a pack at the store for that price. This little amount for $38. I literally went home and took the crab legs out the sauce and rinsed the corn off cause it was drenched in the sauce. Way over priced could have went somewhere else and got crab legs, shrimp, more corn and way more sausages for cheaper and better flavor. I asked for medium heat and it was not hot at all. 1st and last time for seafood.

Great food. Mediocre service considering there was only 2 other table with patrons. Waitress spent more time being people walking in about the Bill Bates Tailgate party that was happening the next day. These people came in, didn't buy anything, and got better service, while I sat waiting to order and get a refill. I good 15 minutes of her explains the party to non customers.
So we have been coming to Boiling Tails for a long Time me and My Son Mason Food is amazing But last night I Called to order cheese burger special Website says order online or for pick up I explained that I had a terrible surgery on 8 /8 and could not come in but my son would come pick up for us I was told rudely That they would not do a call in order for Pickup!!!Ok thanks Don't know if we will go back Didn't have to treat me like that I wasn't asking for a lot Plus I did not know Again Food is Amazing But customer service to a loyal long time customer not good Made me feel very bad that I called

I'll be honest this place is a hit or miss.. On busy days I get fresh to-go boils and on real slow times/days I get left overs from the week....Literally. Today I bought a crab boil and everything in that boil tasted old. It was the first time I felt nauseous after eating from here. 3/5 is an honest rating.
