Clean, fresh food. The food was hot, the staff was better. The milkshake was very thick though. I thought the price was high though.

The drinks were very watery and the staff said they can’t adjust the Coke Freestyle machine. The iced tea was watery. The staff put a mop bucket off the floor onto the prep counter in the kitchen while food was being prepared. I didn’t see anyone wipe off the counter afterward. Staff was unconcerned about all of my concerns.

I was expecting more from verbal reviews and pricing, but I was sadly disappointed. The place reminds me of a Steak N Shake set up burger joint. Not worth the hype or cost imo.

All the Way Cheeseburger& Little cheese burger were ok, not good enough to justify the pricing tho. Fries were also nothing special.

$20 for two large fries and this is the amount you can expect to get. The fries are delicious but an absolute rip off on how much you get. Back in the day i used to be surprised by the quantity of fries but nowadays prices have gone up while portions have gone down.

Service was not great. We dined in, they forgot to give us fries and when my husband went to let them know the person making the fries was annoyed and gave us the missing fries. The fries seemed as if they poured half the bottle of salt on them… not sure if she did that on purpose or what but the first batch of fries we received was fine. Would not come to this location would stick to the location in cedar hill instead usually upbeat crew there.

Fantastic experience at Five Guys. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely packed with flavour — you can really taste the quality. Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff kept everything clean and running smoothly. Atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely one of the better burger spots around — worth every penny. Will be back again soon

I visited Five Guys on July 22nd around 9:20 PM. I walked up to the register and asked for a grilled cheese with fries. The cashier asked if I wanted Cajun fries, and I agreed to try them. I also ordered a coffee shake.

While waiting, I looked at my receipt and noticed the total seemed higher than expected. I had been charged $9.09 for a patty melt, but I clearly remembered asking twice for a grilled cheese. When I asked the cashier about it, she told me they were the same thing. What made me question it further was the price difference on the menu, the grilled cheese was listed at $5.69. I don’t eat meat, which is why I specifically requested grilled cheese. She ended up refunding me for the price of the meat patty, which I appreciated.

As for the food: the grilled cheese had potential but missed the mark. It seemed like the cheese wasn’t melted well or just wasn’t good quality. It left me disappointed. The highlight of my meal was the Cajun fries, they were really flavorful and the best part of the visit. The coffee shake was okay, but I felt it could’ve had a stronger coffee flavor. Not bad, just a little underwhelming.

I’m giving 2 stars because the food wasn’t terrible, just a bit pricey and underwhelming overall. I would go back for the fries, they were genuinely good.

The only thing I don't like in this Chain is that when you are going to pay your overpriced burger and fries the POS point of sale ask you if you want to leave a recommended 20%? and I ask myself why? I am standing there to pickup my already well priced expensive food. It is not enough that im paying almost $20 for burger and fries?
NO TIP should be the default in the POS, Tip should be an option not something expected in this establishment.
