Placed an order online but realized I ordered 2 of the same items by accident. Noticed it when my card got charged and saw the total. So I called right away to have it changed but NOBODY answers the phone. I called 10 times!! It didnt even confirm the order before the total was charged. SOMEONE please answer the phone. I don't want to get changed double and I want to take the tip back. So frustrating!!!

Came here for a hot dog....after waiting over a half hour (for a hot dog?) I was told they didn't have any buns....but they would have them any minute. How do you not serve hot dogs but not have buns? I told them they should have told me and i would have them just put tge dig on a burger but but he said he didn't know who's order it was. All you had to do was ask. I placed my order there. Then when I finally told them I wanted my money back this girl in the work station kept staring at me - told her to stop and she rolled her eyes at me. I don't care where you are...that's totally unacceptable behavior. The manager did refund my money and kept apologizing but I won't becoming back to thus location.

The service was amazing but Five Guys has changed. Nothing was seasoned. It tastes awful for the price I paid. Me and my mom's food was cold and was simply a waste of money. I'll stick with my Whataburger!

The restroom and dining area weren't clean. It's as if they were too short-staffed to spend the time to clean. The people were great. The food was okay.
Parking: A drive-through would have been nice, but that is a location issue.
I ordered a grilled cheese because I donât eat meat, yet they gave me a burger instead. It was relatively early in the day, and I wouldnât have minded waiting if I had gotten the correct order. There were few customers in there, so if you guys donât fix incorrect orders while youâre slow, Iâd hate to see what it looks like when youâre busy. Additionally, I heard one of the employees say âit was supposed to be a grilled cheese!â yet you guys still gave me the wrong food? Do better.
