Freebirds World Burrito

I came in at a time it was empty so I had plenty of room and seats. Freebirds is a unique take on burrito artistry. You can have a burrito, street style tacos and a few other options. I usually go in for the burrito. They have different sizes and from what I see it's basically how much they will put in the burrito. They have your chips and guacamole and queso too. I do get the loaded queso where they will add meat to it. Definitely a good spot to eat. Price is a little up there but I like it

I almost died when we ordered a medium sized drink; she told us they were out of medium sized cups and asked if it was OK to charge us for large drinks. Must be the latest scam. My answer was H3ll no.

Sorry Freebirds I’m normally a big advocate, but this location is not it. Pink hat guy, I’m sorry you don’t like being there or I’m sorry you were having a bad day.

Me and my family went there for lunch the 4 of us, us and maybe one other person in the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon that should have been my first red flag.

I get a bowl with cauliflower rice and it’s clearly at the bottom of the barrel and he’s just scooping air, I let it slide then he did the same thing when I asked for double chicken. Sir I can see that, that tray is out of meat and that wasn’t a full scoop… I’m sorry you don’t want to prep more, with a huff and a puff we got to the end of the line. I paid for my whole family and my sister even said “why does that guy hate you” just a bad experience all around. I’m sorry if you were having a bad day, I’m sorry your location and team wasn’t prepared. But 0/5 stars the chicken was dry because it had been the last bit in the warmer for too long and the cauliflower rice was almost crisp because it was under the heat with so little in it.

Came in late at night with my sister, right as they were about to close, and the service was top-notch. We asked if it was okay to still order, and the girl behind the counter smiled and said, “Yeah, not a problem—I still have food out.” She was super kind and welcoming.

My sister got the steak burrito bowl, and I got the all-white meat chicken bowl—both were fresh and flavorful, just like we remembered. We also asked for guac, but there wasn’t much left. She offered to slice up an avocado for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. We told her it wasn’t a problem and to just use what was left—she made it work and even packed a little extra in a to-go container, free of charge.

To top it all off, she gave us a free brownie—so good! Honestly, can't complain about anything. The bowls were as good as always, and the service made the experience even better. We’ve been going to Freebirds since we were kids in California, and it’s still a favorite.

They have little processed flavorless pieces of chicken. The portion size is no bigger than the major competitor but around the same size. The you have to rely entirely on the toppings for ANY flavor. Basically a place for people who like gimmicky large burritos that aren’t even that good.

There was a HAIR right in the middle of my burrito. I will not be coming here again.

We have been here multiple times with our family. This time we came and ordered our food, we spent $55 and mine and my wife’s burrito had smaller amounts than our kids kids meal taco. Left hungry and very disappointed. Won’t be back, chipotle gives you more food for your money.

I got off a 13 hour shift, drive 30 minutes to get here (30 minutes before they closed) and they told me they don’t sell burritos at this time…what are they running over here…

Great food and the employees are very friendly. They now have great lunch combos which make even more affordable.

The customer service was seriously lacking. The food has no flavor no seasoning was bland the rice was overcooked the corn relish didn't have a corn flavor or no flavor tbh the chicken is bland and dry. I was raved about this place so I went to be seriously disappointed with everything

Delicious food and a great place for a quick meal. Tell em exactly how you want it prepared, they listen to you unlike the competition.
