The Freebird’s location at The Highlands in Arlington, TX has the best trained staff of any restaurant I have ever visited. They deliver superior customer service and freshly prepared quality food each time I visit. It doesn’t matter what day of the week, what time of day or even what special promotions might be running, they set the bar very high and deliver on expectations. They are simply the best.

We were at the Arlington location tonight and they were absolutely packed and all of the staff handled it so well..They all deserve a bonus for how they handled everything due to the special going on.

This place is so much better than Chipotle. Way more options and the price is cheaper for as good quality, maybe better. Try the steak bowl with the creamy jalapeno!

Our first and last time was today. Exceptional employees....polite and accommodating. I inquired about the " monster burrito" and ordered 2. They talked it up but the end result was just another burrito. The shocker was the bill....just shy of 42 dollars....no drinks. Yes, that is not a typo. Never again. Go find your neighborhood Mexican market and I guarantee you will enjoy the authentic flavors of Mexico at a third of the price. I only went here on a whim and paid dearly. Save yourself some money and bypass Freebirds.

The food was absolutely delicious, the sevice was really good. I asked the employees some questions about my freebirds app and they were really helpful, and I've always loved the atmosphere in Freebirds, awesome decorations and music playing in the lobby. It's one of my absolute favorite restaurants.
Waiting on a manager to contact me still. It'd be nice if I got what I paid for. I get we all have bad days, imagine having a bad day and your food has HABERNO all over it. As someone with gastric issues, this is more than upsetting. How can you get a written down order wrong?

The food was very sub par. My burrito had no flavor as well as my guacamole. I just wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

It's dark and cold in here, and the food is cold too. The tortilla chips are flame though. Once you take your food home and warm it up though, it's pretty good?? The staff was super friendly though.
