The service was impeccable. If you come ask for Kai, he is the best around. The service is phenomenal. I didn't have tk ask for anything, Kai was always right there making sure everything was perfect. Could not have asked for better service from Kai and the manager Justin. Justin gave us a fantastic introduction to the menu and way things were done here. Just took it home. If you come to eat, you should pray that Kai is working. The best server I've had in years.

I've come previously and loved it. Decided to bring my boyfriend in for his 1st time experience was not great at all. When we came in and Bryce at the front was rude, dismissive and seemed like he couldn't be bothered. He did not explain how to check in, we were skipped by people who came after us, he just put the sign on the counter and said did you check in? Unfortunately this made his 1st impression off to a bad start. We sat after a few minutes and it took a while for us to get set up. Our waiter Shannon was nice but did not explain how it all worked to my boyfriend as he did say he's never been. The hot food came out cold each time. We ordered edamame and it came cold, we asked for a fresh batch and the 2nd one came out cold again. He did tell us oh ill go put another bag in the microwave because its been sitting there for a while. We both come from food industry and know certain things you dont tell a customer. Our Korean Fried Chicken came and that was cold so we wouldn't eat it. Service was slow and was over $80 for 2 people. Don't feel like it was even worth it. Asked for sweet and low for unsweetened tea, server didn't even know what that is. Carne asada meat was tough. Plus it seemed the front didn't want to seat other guests since it felt like we were part of the waiting area as we've had 3 groups lean on our table while they were waiting for their tables to be called. We paid our meal, didn't ask for anything to be compensated and still tipped 25%, but definitely won't be back again.

The food and service was amazing!! Our server Kobi P was super helpful with his suggestions and had an amazing attitude. He brought our rounds at a reasonable time and pace!! Overall, the experience was amazing especially because of our server! I will definitely come back to gen!!!

Me and my friends had the pleasure of being served by MJ, and I can say 100 percent he took excellent care of us, we had a great time tonight and the food was amazing, wanted to keep on eating even though I was full already! But thank you so much MJ for having us!

Understaffed. Dirty. They make you do digital menus but cell service doesn't work and they don't over wifi. Got sat at a table that was dirty with dishes and trays in the seats. Tables all around us full of food never cleared from past guests. Sat there 15 min and server didn't even come by. As we left he was at the front rolling silverware. What did management not hire enough people?

Great food, even better service. Our server Kenny killed it. Was on point despite being in the weeds. I waited tables for decades and was impressed at his service. I think he should be in a Michelin star resteraunt with how well he anticipated our needs. His timing and communication on everything when there was even an anticipation of a wait is impeccable.
