Genghis Grill is one of my favorite places to eat. I had dinner there last night and my server Ash absolutely made my night! He had the kindest smile and tended to us throughout the whole dining experience. He checked in on us often and made sure to refill our drinks as soon as they were low.

Very disappointed with the quality of food I received. I placed a pick up order through uber eats for potstickers, boa buns, and 2 orders of fried rice. The order was marked ready in the app, when I arrived my order was not ready. When I got my food home I realized I had only received 1 order of fried rice and it was awful. The rice has a hair in it and a strange texture and off putting taste. Unfortunately myself and toddler tried the rice before I saw the hair.

Worst experience ever — and I’m a foodie who never complains. My son and I spent over $60, not including the food we never got but were still charged for. What we did get was cold because the cook made it but the waiter never brought it out. My food was burnt, they forgot our appetizers and eggrolls, and never refilled our drinks. The staff was too busy gossiping while we were the only ones there. Wrote to corporate twice and never got a response. Terrible service and zero accountability. I will never step foot into this restaurant ever again.
