I seriously can’t make this up. I went to golden chick on the 1st. They messed up my order then. So I called into the store to have my order remade. They remade it and still have plenty of missing items. Food that’s absolutely not fresh regardless of having me wait in the front of the restaurant for my food. I’ve called the store and now no one wants to answer. This is ridiculous. I even asked for a receipt the first time I went and didn’t get it! So to say I’m frustrated is an understatement. I used to love Golden Chick, but now I’m done!

Visited the one on Matlock and Stephens in S. Arlington on 03-09-2024. Had a very pleasant experience! Food was excellent. Employees are very friendly and helpful!Second time visit. Ordered through the app. Very clean including the restroom!

Called me a liar over corn nuggets. Let me be the next in line to share my concerns. I have ordered here in the past and constantly have food missing or wrong orders, and I would be home before I noticed . This time I checked while driving away and noticed corn nuggets missing. Drove back around through the drive through and. Was asked to double check, and then asked if I was sure I didn't eat them, and to check again. I asked why they thought I would drive back to steal corn nuggets, and was told " well some times people lie about the food to get more" I was unimaginably insulted and drove off. I went inside and asked for my money back from the 16-17 year old manager who proceeded to spend 5 minutes working the register , and pulled cash out. I said I wanted it on my card and she threw a fit. I have a receipt saying it was refunded.. but they have actually not refunded it. I drove to another location and saw a guy walking in the parking lot with a sword. I won't be going to golden chick again to say the least.

so i ordered on uber eats at 9:14 but im sure it was because they couldn’t find a driver to pick my order up and it did take a hour which it’s fine that’s my least worry, i ordered a 8 piece combo 2 cookies and a tender snack pack everything was fine until the snack pack, it was spicy tenders and ive gone to golden chick many times and know the seasoning shouldn’t be this much, also was missing my roll there’s no way all my tenders for the combo were ok besides this one it tasted so salty and nasty the amount of seasoning i’ve never seen this much on a tender

Attitude. Did not open the restaurant until well after the schedule on the door of 10:00 am. I knocked and they say they were short staffed. I’m only one person, they were staffed enough to be on the owners’ clock.
First time ever at a Golden Chick. We won't make the same mistake again. just not good. lukewarm chicken, no flavor, no seasoning. We were the only patrons. now I kinda know why. there are way too eateries in the area fir us to return to this one.

20 minute wait for a 9 piece only to be told itll be 15 more minutes.( How is this even possible at a chicken place?) The young female manager, name says Genessy on the receipt, dug in her nose and played in her phone then immediately went back to touching food. There were other people there also with messed up orders and long waits. At one point all the workers were surrounding a phone watching a video or something. This was at 2:24 pm on Sunday so whoever is in charge should go back and check surveillance because new management is needed. Oh and I got my money and left. Nasties

I've been craving Golden Chick for a while now and this one being the closest one to me, I'm honestly double guessing wether or not to purchase from here after reading some of the reviews ? so sad, we can't even trust fast foods after a long hard day of work. We need to do better!
