I got the duck fried rice and chicken pan fried lo mein and it was the most unfavorable dishes I've ever had. Highly disappointed on the duck fried rice and the lo mein looks like spaghetti.

If I could leave a ZERO rating I would. I don't care how good the food is, if the customer service is lacking I'm not coming back. I waited over 5 minutes before she came over to take my order even after looking over to me several times and not acknowledging my presence. The lady was very rude insisting I pay cash only, if I paid by credit card it's a $25 minimum. The nerve of this rude lady, she was very demanding on me leaving a tip. Just taking my order doesn't constitute me leaving a tip. She then said to me next time that I don't dine in and take order to go only. I should've left her a tip, the tip of my shoes in her behind. I would not recommend anyone to eat here nor will I ever return back. I would gladly take my money elsewhere and be greeted much more welcoming.

I came here to pick up my order. The representative was super rude. Without even saying Hi, she aggressively said “10 minute 10 minute” and didn’t even bother to look at me. The customer service is terrible.

I did a pickup order from Uber eats so I can’t fully attest to the service . But when I went in to pick up my order the guy was nice enough, maybe a little brash. Food was great, got the bbq pork and egg drop soup. I would come back again!

Don't waste your time ,they only accept cash only and their atm in the store was down so i had to leave, find a atm 4 minutes away, then come back. The lady there was VERY blunt and rude. I should have left when I saw her being rude to the lady in front of me, then I paid almost 18 dollars for a plate the barely had anything on it. Sorry not sorry, but never again!!! I will be going to Panda express next time

y’all need to put some respect on this place. i’ve been coming here for almost like 8 years and i love it. everything i order is good and the bbq is the best in the entire city. if you say otherwise you’re lying. i love the family running this place and i love the little restaurant. if you want orange chicken and american style then go to Panda express and stop leaving bad reviews on such a good restaurant

They are wretched human beings who treat you awful but bbq duck is well worth it. Crispy skin, juicy meat and seasoned with just the right amount of customer hatred.
