Absolutely phenomenal customer service. This mom was a hot mess days before my sons bday, as I could not find a location that had batter except for this location. I sent in my online order the night before and requested they add mushrooms and stars as it was a Super Mario Bros themed bday party. If I could upload a photo of the cake...I would! They went above and beyond! They truly saved the day. This hot mess of a mom was VERY pleased. Thank YOU all for doing a great job and helping my father in law during pickup. Y'all are the absolute best team!

Every time I come to this specific location, the service is so bad they’re always on their phones and I have to yell or say hello for them to look up at me. They are always very messy and the floors look disgusting. I hate going to this location never come here!!!

This was our first time ordering a cookie cake at this location and holy moly - they knocked it out of the park. Our daughter loves Stitch and they literally just went off of a description I provided. We were so impressed. They were kind, communicative, and punctual. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! And of course the cookie cake was delicious 😋

Molly has helped make two cakes for me and my family these past few months and she rocks! Always talkative with us and remembered us after only one visit. She’s so personable and always convinces me to leave with more cookies than I originally wanted! I definitely recommend this location, and I always make a point to stop by any time I’m arlington to get some cookies from Molly and Great American Cookies.

Bought 3 cookies there yesterday. Like eating raw cookie dough. Awful. I threw them away. I prefer my cookies cooked, not raw.

Cookie not cooked all the way. Yuk!! After I've paid already for icee then she realizes icee machine is empty. No refunds so I have to painfully limp all the way down other end of mall to get my icee. I have broken foot and am using a peg leg.

The girl had an attitude when asked to correct a simple order, and by simple I mean icing one cookie. Lol. I wasn’t mad at the fact that the cookie was iced wrong in the first place I was mad at how she handled it. It’s just one cookie lol.

Ugh! Went here on 4th of July I ordered a dozen cookies first. I then ask the young lady about the brownies bars and are they fresh she threw her hands up like I don’t know. I asked well you wrk here are they not fresh she again just shook her head i said well if they were not made today I don’t want the cookies having already paid for them. They guy walks up that wrks there says forgive her they are fresh. Bought the bar any. Got to my car AND NONE OF THE COOKIES WERE FRESH NOT ANY OF THEM?
