Molly has helped make two cakes for me and my family these past few months and she rocks! Always talkative with us and remembered us after only one visit. She’s so personable and always convinces me to leave with more cookies than I originally wanted! I definitely recommend this location, and I always make a point to stop by any time I’m arlington to get some cookies from Molly and Great American Cookies.
Bought 3 cookies there yesterday. Like eating raw cookie dough. Awful. I threw them away. I prefer my cookies cooked, not raw.

Cookie not cooked all the way. Yuk!! After I've paid already for icee then she realizes icee machine is empty. No refunds so I have to painfully limp all the way down other end of mall to get my icee. I have broken foot and am using a peg leg.

The girl had an attitude when asked to correct a simple order, and by simple I mean icing one cookie. Lol. I wasn’t mad at the fact that the cookie was iced wrong in the first place I was mad at how she handled it. It’s just one cookie lol.

Ugh! Went here on 4th of July I ordered a dozen cookies first. I then ask the young lady about the brownies bars and are they fresh she threw her hands up like I don’t know. I asked well you wrk here are they not fresh she again just shook her head i said well if they were not made today I don’t want the cookies having already paid for them. They guy walks up that wrks there says forgive her they are fresh. Bought the bar any. Got to my car AND NONE OF THE COOKIES WERE FRESH NOT ANY OF THEM?

Went to GACC this week. Ordered giant decorated cookie for company coming in from out of state. They LOVED it and we got to pick out 6 free regular cookies to go with. They were wonderful as usual!!! The people that work there are as nice as anybody I have had to deal with in a long long time! Great experience! Can't wait til I have another excuse to go there! Loved it 100%!!!!!

Witnessed the worse employee ever. Working at the down stairs at parks mall in Arlington. He was finishing up w a customer and was raising his voice at her stating such things as im trying to treat you like a lady, Argued with her about the cookies. The poor lady was apologizing. It was my turn and he stated to me I cant even focus after that lady. While im trying to place my order he called upstairs and then makes me wait as he demands someone to come help him. He hangs up on them. Then proceeds to tell me we always gotta be nice. Ya think? Horrible horrible experience !!!!!!!!

I know being in the mall can be busy. However, Sarah A was in slow motion. I was asked if I wanted the buy 5 get 1 free, I said yes. 3 peanut butter & 3 chocolate chip cookies. Sarah threw them in the bag, as well as my receipt was thrown on the counter instead of my hand like it should have been No Customer Service Skills!!! Go to get a chocolate chip cookie they were all crumbed and old!!! 9.00 for 1 peanut butter cookie & the rest crumbs is beyond me!! Shame on it all &
