Ordered from uber eats - the noodles came inedible. They were so hard even after we boiled the broth and poured over it. They were felt like we were chewing plastic. Of all the pho places we have eaten this has never happened.

Had family dinner there on Sunday evening at 4pm. We were the only people in there that should have been a hint. We ate for about 1 hour and not another customer came in. Weird. We had white rice, cha gio, canh sườn cải chua, canh kho qua, cá kho to, đậu dua xào thịt, tom rim ba chỉ and pho tái. I ate a little bit of everything except for pho and canh kho qua. Ca kho watered down, fish very mushy abd not fresh. Cha gio full of carrots and cabbage, nothing authentic about it. Tom rim ba chỉ was okay, nothing above average. The white rice quality was aromatic and was the only decent thing. My son's pho tái came out first. By the time he got silverware, the tái became well done. One would expect the silverware and drinks to come out fist before the food. There are little things that the server needs to learn. Don't sneak up behind a kid literally inches away from his face with a bowl of pho tái tô đá, which is extremely hot. Serve customers like you expect to be served... you wouldn't want to sit there and look at the food without silverware. The portions were very small, not commensurate to the price. We won't be coming back.

? ordered a catfish hotpot dish, the catfish so brown and old like it has been soaking in this liquid soup for days. The cold noodle has a weird smell, I just can’t eat it! Very disappointed

Just yesterday and today I spent more than $100 to try out the restaurant's recommended food. I also referred friends this place BUT as I am picking up my order today I feel very uncomfortable and not happy with how the cashier (who is in charge of payment) handled my payment and the attitude. So I will not come back for what reason the man/cashier will know.
