Love the drinks and waffles. They are NOT nice if you're not Asian or black. I'm their elder and they just aren't kind. I order like everyone else. I see them say thank you and smile and make small talk with other Asian guests from all different countries. But I definitely get treated like an outsider. That's just bad business.

The citrus drinks are very good. Not sure about the mango chunks we added in, they were too big for even the boba straw and a little pricey for the amount we got. The matcha waffle was very tasty, chewy, sweet.Good overall though.Parking: Plenty of of shared parking for the shopping center

Here to shop the amazing place of Vietnam and saw this shop ? I tried it and it was good there was bored games uno Jenga and more I got the oreo boba and my mom got a passion fruit drink it was good! highly recommend if you wanna discover Arlington! The person behind the cash register was so nice and helpful! Highly recommended.

Waffles are awesome! Drinks are awesome! The people all look like they want to kill themselves when they're working. Do they get in trouble if they smile at customers?
This is a cute little shop with lots of options and bubble waffles for a post-dinner dessert. There's not too much seating, about 4 tables, but it wasn't crowded when we went by. We tried the mango matcha smoothie, taro milk tea, hokkaido milk tea, and mango green tea. All of them were pretty good and the boba was chewy (in a good way)! Only complaint is that it feels slightly overpriced compared to other boba shops. The hokkaido milk tea with boba came out to close to $7.50 after tax. But, I would want to come again and try other flavors!

I love love happy lemon! The service is quick as well. My favorite drinks are the kumquat lemon green tea and the jasmine green milk tea with puff cream!

Waffles are so good! Tastes like a not too sweet mochi donut with a yummy dipping sauce. Salted sweet creek cheese dip is better than the taro dip. Pricey but yummy for a nice treat splurge. Drinks are good! Okinawa milk tea just tastes brown sugar milk tea and mango yakult smoothie is good. Tastes more mango than yakult. I would come back for a splurge treat.
