I first contacted Hearsay on January 23 in an attempt to book a memorial service for my father in one of their private rooms. After not hearing from the event planner Meggan for nearly two weeks (after sending several emails and trying to come up with a menu that would meet contract needs) she proceeded to ghost me.
I then called the restaurant after two weeks in order to speak with someone over the phone. However, I was told Meggan was busy working on another event by an incredibly dismissive person over the phone. I insisted on leaving my number in hopes that someone would contact me but to no avail.
I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and service this place has offered in what is an otherwise quite stressful time in my life. I would not recommend ever trying to book an event here and I seriously hope management improves the service their event staff offers.

Came from free salsa night in Sundays. It was the absolute best. The food was fantastic, they had 4$ shots, and the cocktails were actually delicious. They even made me something off the menu- a spicy marg.

This place has potential. The location is nice the atmosphere/ambiance is amazing but I think you need to get a live band or a better singer. The singer that was there on Saturday was not very good at all. I got there around 8 & before I even sat down the waitress informed me the kitchen staff & the bar was behind & orders taking longer to come out. It’s the weekend I think you should be prepared for a much larger crowd & when the food did finally come of course it was cold. I probably will return just to give it another chance as this was my first time visiting this establishment

Was told last night they weren’t letting people in because they ran out of glassware for drinks. SMH, y'all don’t have dishwashers? The place wasn’t even packed and we saw empty tables. Took our group and money to Soy Cowboy. Running out of glassware is embarrassing, oh but they had glassware if I bought a $500 bottle.

Came in to celebrate my anniversary and the music and the vibe was great. Our reservation was at 8:45 pm came and was seated and given water. We order drinks and appetizers. We waiting until 9:36pm to ask about our drink order coming out and then was told the kitchen was closing at 10 pm yet we still haven't had a chance to order or get our drinks. Our water was not refilled and no one came over to our table. We waited until 10:15pm and still nothing came out and we left. I'm very disappointed in the service and our special anniversary dinner was a waste of time. The guy taking photos was the only one that came and talked to our table the whole hours we sat waiting and charged $20 for a picture.

Meggan was literally my hands and FEET! She made my brother and his bride-to-be’s wedding rehearsal dinner flawless. I sprained my ankle days before the event and Meggan took all the stress off my shoulders. She had things set up and even with guest arriving early she made sure they were take care of. She also made sure that everything we discussed was implemented. Meggan took care of the guests and she took care of me making sure I had time to change and eat the delicious rehearsal dinner food. I am very fortunate that Meggan was our event planner! Nothing but great things said about her and our event at Hearsay. I’m looking forward to throwing my next event and working with Meggan!! She’s the BEST!!

We had an awesome experience at Hearsay for my brother’s rehearsal dinner. Huge shoutout to Meggan! She was amazing to work with. She coordinated everything smoothly and was super accommodating, nice, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Meggan made planning so much easier and stress-free. The night turned out great, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Hearsay; and ask for Meggan! 😊

It's a great venue for cozy events. Elegant, clean, the sound system is well tuned. It has a large enough dance floor and I feel the parking was very safe. The area is centric and full of other impressive venues and the stadium. The drinks are a bit pricy, but they don't cheap out on you. Overall we had a blast.
