Finally had the famous honey baked company HAM......and now I see exactly why everyone loves this place....the flavor and crust on the ham plus it's sweetness and being pre cooked and sliced made it perfect for our Thanksgiving feast.....will definitely be back for many years to come!!!!

Got the sandwich and it was mediocre at best. Bread isn’t toasted. Cold and dry with at most 2 pieces of meat. Wouldn’t recommend

The chicken salad sandwich was delicious, broccoli salad good.
The potato salad was horrible tasted like water and potatoes mixed.

Good quality food...handcrafted. Attentive staff. Employees seem professional but the uniforms are so outdated . The managers dress upbeat. The employees represent the company and the uniforms lack presentation..Hopefully management gets new apparel for their loyal hardworking staff...so vital

I bought a ham last Sunday. The customer service was just fine but the ham itself was quite disappointing. I’ve never purchased a ham from Honey Baked Ham that was ALREADY burnt to a crisp and dried out until that day. To be specific, this was a quarter ham that was supposed to have the glaze. The skin was so black and the side looked parched and dried. I and my SIL were highly disappointed when we opened it. 👎🏾

I hope this doesn’t happen again or I will have to try a different location. Please take better care of your inventory especially since people have to eat it. Ham is also crucial in a dinner table setup so if it doesn’t look nice, your table won’t look nice.

Picked up a half ham the day after Christmas. One employee was friendly, one was rude.

The sales clerk would not let me see the ham and snapped at me when I tried to look.

The ham was obviously left over from a day or two before as the "glaze" had completely degraded and soaked into the ham. I worked for Honeybaked in Pittsburgh in the 90's and know what I'm talking about.

Was a very disappointing presentation for my holiday gathering

Wonderful food, very pleasant staff but what is the point of preordering if they are sold out by the time you arrive and have to give you something else?

This is a holiday tradition - their already ready ham is always a favorite with everyone. As busy as they get during the holidays, the staff always have the time to help.

Exceptionally crowded, tons of food going to waste. Upsetting to see a dumpster full of whole hams, boxes, bags (presumably full of more hams based on the shape) and trash littering the surrounding area. There must be a way to not waste that much food.

Easy parking, small store, friendly staff, good amount of choices to eat in or take out plus frozen food and deserts. Good prices for great sandwiches freshly made.
