No table service. Had to stand at the bar and wait for bartender to finish conversation with owner before ordering. No kitchen. Hard to rate food when it's brought over from J. Gilligans. Beer specials were all domestic, light beers.

Just walked in there and stood at the bar, bartender was frustrated and busy. Was not acknowledged and felt bad that he was by himself but would have been nice if he said something. I walked out, never to try this place again.

Cute place but terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes while bartender laughed and hung out with two customers at the bar. Met some friends there for a Christmas gathering. We had one drink and went someplace else. Disappointed and won’t be back.

I never like to leave bad reviews but this was so disappointing. Asked for a baileys and hot chocolate two different times and the bartender said he’d make it then proceeded to make 12 other peoples drinks, close people out, and leave me waiting for over 30

They usually have great service and funny bar tenders. But tonight was just a rude mess. Very disappointing for someone who comes often after work just to unwind a little.

Hooligans is a great duck off bar. We went late night for a few night caps and was met by friendly staff. The two bartenders were great. I forgot their name it was a guy and a woman. The female bartender made our drinks and they were more than I expected. For some reason I don't think of craft drinks at a pub but they were well done. She was very knowledgeable about different drinks. The bar has good collection of Liqour and wine. There was a good mixture for different walks of life at the bar. I would definitely go back. They appear to have specials throughout the week.

Amber was a great bartender! She took great care of us & offered us drinks off the menu that were AMAZING. Great hole in the wall spot.

Daily specials, weekly specials, monthly themed drinks, and the cocktails are made with smaller, craft spirits and limited releases of more well-known brands. There are cool flights with whiskies you don’t see everywhere. $3 off all Old Fashioneds on Thursdays is my personal favorite special. I love the dark woods and two-level experience with pool tables. A smoke-free, covered seating area outside that has a fireplace for chilly weather is perfect for getting fresh air. Nice, long bar and a few cool finds for whisk(e)y fans. They also have a better pub fare menu than many places I’ve been. I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and I don’t even live that close. Great spot! Amber is the best!

The well nourished American Hispanic bartender, didn’t pour any of my beer out. And I got amazing service !Kid-friendliness: There are no children that’s the best part

Drinks are pretty decent and require a number of steps, but quite expensive for where it is. No prices listed on menu or receipt. Be prepared to pay cocktail bar prices for a pub-like experience.

Interesting bar. Have been here on numerous occasions over the past couple of months. Bar tenders are very friendly. If you are a bourbon drinker, they have a nice selection for high but not extravagant pricing. Weller 12, Elmer T Lee, Weller Full Proof, etc. They also claim they are willing to sell unopened bottles of allocated bourbon. Here is the problem...they want a mark up a $60 bottle to $290. Even for a regular that has spent over $300 in the past month on pours at the bar. They are charging $290 for Weller 12. So a complete stranger can come up to the bar and buy the allocated bourbon for the same amount as a regular customer. Hard to support ownership that does not support people who want to be regulars. If the ownership would have paced any value on my continuing business, I would be there on a weekly basis. Would have given the place 1 star but for the bartenders. Will be spending my money and taking my friends to a different bar in the future.
