6/28/25 - The breading on original wings had clumped areas of flour. Service was horrible. Stood at podium waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes while staff kept saying they would be right with us. Waitress never checked on us after the food was delivered (we had to waive her down). Was missing one of the wings in our 20 count. A member of our party sent back wings because they didn’t like the flavor. The female manager stated she could exchange them but when it came to pay the bill they added a charge on for them. The male manager came to the table and started a loud argument with the young lady at my table to the point I had to intervene and pay the additional charge to get him to back off. He stated that she shouldn’t assume. She tried to explain what the other manager had said but he just kept belittling her. This man has failed at being appropriate with the customers and has no business being a manager. The waitress kept apologizing for the manager before he even came over to talk to us. We will not return to the Arlington Hooter’s on Collins by I-30. Hooter’s should really re-evaluate the management there.

The Real Cesta One
I enjoyed the food and staff. The manager was creepy. Unsociable stands in the corner checking out the girls hanging out by the ladies bathroom. This is the first time we seeing him. bald guy made me and my group feel uncomfortable. I feel Hooters Doesn’t do thorough background checks .

We visited the Hooters on Collins yesterday around 8:00PM and were lucky to be served by Erica. She was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, her energy and friendliness stood out. I’m pretty short and had to climb into the chair that was pretty high up lol and without hesitation, Erica came over and gently pushed my seat up to help me. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that really set the tone for the night.
She checked on us regularly, kept our drinks filled, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Her bright personality had us laughing and engaged throughout the evening. She truly made the experience fun and memorable.
I even made sure to tell the manager on my way out how fantastic Erica was. When you leave a restaurant smiling and happy, you know you’ve had a great server, and Erica was just that. Impeccable service and a great vibe — we’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I went to the Arlington location to eat. The hostess took us to a table that has high chairs. We are 60 years old and can no longer climb up on those high chairs. When we asked to be seated in a booth the hostess got angry and said she would have to check and see if they have a waitress that can wait on us in one of the booths and it might be a few minutes. There were 6 booths empty. The manager happen to be at the hostess stand and asked what the problem was and I told him we can't sit in those high chairs and he simply said have a nice day. Now I remember why I stopped going to this Hooters. They have no respect for customers especially the older ones

Always have great service here. Drinks are good and honestly they have my favorite wings!! The Dayton beach smoked wings are to die for! It’s normally decently busy but we never have to wait for a table! Food comes out quick and everything is great!
