They have many different tea options to choose from (decaf, sugar free, unsweetened, flavors) and they allow you to sample all of them before mixing what you want. They also have that delicious pellet/ sonic ice. Place was super clean and not sticky too. I have been back 4x this week alone after my first time!

I have gone to HTEAO 2 times now. The team there has excellent customer service. THE TEA IS AMAZING!! AND THEIR PRICES......... ARE RIGHT ON POINT!! THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!!!! I wish they would put an HTEAO in Cedar Hill and Grand Prairie, I wouldgo everyday!! 😒

This place popped up on my IG when I was in town visiting. I love tea, so I was excited to go. Love the different flavors of cold ice tea, and you can have a sample of all the teas to pick your flavor. I got the sweet blueberry green tea. You can also add fruit to your tea. The cashier was very helpful and friendly.
