I knew that high expectations can sometimes lead to disappointment, but I couldn’t help feeling eager. The moment I took my first bite, I was surprised — it was even better than I expected. The meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. It was truly an amazing experience.

The chopped brisket is smoky, tender, and packed with flavor, while the sliced brisket melts in your mouth with just the right balance of bark and juiciness. The chicken is just as impressive—perfectly seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection.

Wow! Food was amazing, hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had! The staff was great, the General Manager Taylor came by our table and talked Texas BBQ with us for a while. To top it all off they had live music and good cold beer. Next time I’m back in Texas this will be my first stop.
