From the start, took a long time to get anything! We could see other costumers waiting for things. Food, drinks, tickets. What should have been one hour, took 2 and half. Everything we ordered was wrong. Waitress took it back, and we could hear her screaming at the cooks to make it right. She told us, they are young kids who don’t want to work. Managers don’t want to do anything about it. If you’re starving don’t come here.

WORST IHOP I HAD EVER BEEN TOO! Walking in the waitress was complaining to our table of 6 that her last table only left her $5 tip. Being honest that same waitress never brought us refills and all of our orders came out wrong. Never got our appetizers so we asked to just removed them. Food came out in an hour. It cold, stale and small portions. A cook from the back yelled that he needed a 5 minute break. Don’t ever come to this IHOP!

Host did a great job, however the servers took so long to get our drinks and our food, serves had drama going on. My son order a medium cooked stake and it was well cooked, when asking a server for assistance or refills she told us to tell another server. The environment was tense throughout our visit.

As a family we will not return to this location.

Wow, let me tell you about this place there was no order on the way this place was run. We had like three different waitresses. The one to sit us down didn't even bother to ask if we needed drinks or leave any utensils. The other 2 families came in after us and they got their food and drinks first. They even finished their meals and got checked out before we could get our food or even a notification that it was taking longer. The manager came over and said he would take care of it but the damage was done. We had already been waiting for like an hour. Once we got our food it was not what we expected. We got the big stake omelet, crepes combo, and a burger. Not bad but kind of bland. We will not be coming back here. We got an amazing discount of a dollar and 20 cents.

The bacon tasted old. I couldn't even finish it. But the hash browns were on target, they make them better than any other breakfast place, in my opinion.

Ihop move toooo slow and employees are extremely rude. My food took almost a hour and I placed my order online.

Honestly, the service was just not good. I concede that it was late night (midnight), but I had to wait several minutes to be seated; was not given a menu; and was not given silverware. Instead of of wrapped silverware, I was given a to go pack silverware. The food tasted fine, but my server was inattentive, especially given that there were only two patrons in the entire establishment. Not good, and will not be back.

I can care less if my food was taking long but at least come out hot... Out server wasn't great at all. Not once did she come by n ask if we where good or needing anything... I guess u have to get what u need urself. Asked for creamer had to get my grandson to be a thief and get from another
table. Then when she came out and gave everyone the wrong ticket and I could have saved 15 dollars by paying someone else ticket ..but I'm not like that we say something... Asst.manger and employees heehawing around laughing while needed in back to cook. Hope the night shift is better than the morning shift
