Don’t come after 10 pm- super slow. Not enough staff. Rude staff. Asked for water several times. Milk shake machine broke.

I wish I could leave 0 stars! This place is guaranteed to mess up your online order every single time. They literally give you pancakes with no syrup, why on earth would you do that? They give the smallest portions of food and it’s super overpriced for what you receive. When there is an issue online, they have 4 business days to even respond to you. I have never heard of customer service so weak and non-existent. IHOP used to be a really good company years ago, that time has came and went.

Francesca was the best server I had in awhile and I'm from Mississippi. She let my kids order in peace took her time smiled at them. That was my main focus the kids and so treated us with so much respect and courteous. Before I leave I'm going back.

Place was pretty slow, only a couple people seemed to be working. Food didn't come out as ordered and hash browns didn't come out until about 10 minutes after the food. Food was still good and the server was polite

Poor IHOP this place is suffering. They only had one waiter and she was completely overwhelmed. She told us several times that the other waiters called in so she was managing the room by herself. She looked tired, disappointed, overworked not to mention that she was not a young lady, the food tasted old. The only thing that made it worthwhile was the fact that the Dallas Cowboys won the night before I hope that IHOP franchise pays more attention to their restaurants because this is not the first IHOP that we have gone to that we experience the same situations.

We had a terrible experience with this IHOP location. We placed a pickup order and ended up waiting an hour and a half. Every time we checked in, we were told it was “being bagged up,” which was not true. Even the manager repeated the same line.

After being misled multiple times, we finally canceled our order and left. A simple pickup should never take this long, and customers shouldn’t be told things that aren’t accurate just to keep them waiting. Really disappointing experience.

Next visit 2 weeks later on 11/20:
Jennifer says she cant find chocolate chips and she does not have cut strawberries and will give it on the happy pancake when she gets time to cut it.
The next order by neighboring table(all privileged) get chocolate chips on the same order. Seriously ?!? I still tipped her she might need the money to get her prejudice fixed

They make you feel at home, once they seat you, you wait 7 mins and get your menu yourself.
Got soggy wet silvers, go get a replacement yourself, it homely
Served coffee and after waiting for 5 mins you go and get cream from the empty table 2 spits away, very homely.

You have a sweet lady to speak with and then help yourself, totally feels like home.

If they give me access to the kitchen I could make my own food too !!!

My wife and I split the Colorado Omelette with Strawberry Banana pancakes. The omelette was very good as usual. However, the amount of bananas and strawberry syrup on the pancakes was less than have received in the past. Overall another positive experience!

So disappointed, placed an online order today which was estimated to be ready at 10:15 am so I figured I’d pull up at 10:20 to buy them a few extra minutes. Now I’m usually pretty patient because I understand how it is to be busy at work and how frustrating it can be when customers start to rush you, but after I saw customers get seated, order their food, and get it before I got mine, I decided to just ask for a refund and go somewhere else more organized. This was about 10:50, took another 10 minutes for the manager to finally come and do the refund but she said she was unable to because I placed the order online instead of calling, but that the food was ready they just needed to bag it. Ended up leaving there at 11 with the food. I think yall need to find a better way to manage online orders for future customers because I wasn’t the only person waiting. It really wasn’t until it got crowded before they began asking everybody what orders they were waiting on.

If I had to say something good about this visit, there was one waitress that was very kind and helpful, she was the one I had told I wanted a refund and she even came back to check on me when ten minutes had passed and the manager still hadn’t spoken to me.
