They were short staffed the night we went. Short as in 4 IHOP employees short. The manager was amazing. He was cooking, taking orders, and serving food.

Ordered Uber eats. Got my biscuit with no gravy, no syrup for the pancakes, and spoons or forks with the order. Unfortunately this is effort is consistent with most IHOPs, and is now plaguing our world.

Today I visited this location and I can say the worker that’s here shouldn’t be alone can’t handle it. He gave us dirty dishes so we had to ask for plastic ware. I never been to a Ihop that doesn’t sell grits. The service was just terrible all together.

Ive waited for 30 minutes to be seated and no one came, i still waited another 20 minutes just for someone to take my order, they only had 3 tables serving.

Well....it's not rocket science to know how is IHOP, all are the same, what makes the difference is the service and this one, has good service and the servers always have a good attitude, and even we don't live nearby and we prefer to go to this location than others. ...so... now you know! ???
No greeting at the front door...literally for anyone. Guests leaving do to not being acknowledged. Wait time more than the norm (+40 mins) while it's occupancy was perhaps at 30% capacity. Enough staff members to do the job, felt more as it was a lack of initiative.

I brought my kids here for dinner and we all got waffles and French toast. The waitress was nice. The food came out fairly quick. It tasted great. There wasn't a line or a wait to get in and seated.
