Came at a busy time so expected food to be delayed but instead it was the coffee? Meal partway done before the coffee was brought over. The booth I sat in was so worn, there was no padding on half of the seat. You instead sat straight down on the wood frame until you moved in towards the wall more.
Ended up finding a hair in my French toast (tucked under a strawberry so couldn’t have fallen off time plus the hair was noticeably different to mine).
They did comp the French toast but it was during a severe lack of coordination. We had an assistant manager come by because of the hair. We asked for the bill and a to go box and got someone else’s bill. i told them I didn’t want to wait for a remake. Then the server came separately with a different bill and to go box and a remade French toast we had to wait for. Honestly it was more ridiculous of an experience. Not sure I’d ever want to come back

We decided to come out to I-Hop tonight after a long day of work and running errands. We haven’t been in a while let alone this late (10 PM) with our youngest baby. We came right in an got immediate attention and were greeted and sat within seconds! Our drink order was taken and we were able to order asap! We had exceptional service and I just want to thank our waitress! She was so sweet , caring , professional and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was great and no mistakes were made! I wish there were more servers like the one we had! Thank you Riri for such a good experience! 🫶🏻

It's rare to get a 5 star service at regular dinner, but Jose is definitely an exception. He is very professional, knowledgeable(I finally know how to order my eggs) and patient , he breaks the ice with some humor. He is always vigilant to know what you need before you ask, and will bring you all the condiments before the food. I will continue to bring my business to this dinner because not only is the food great, it has to be complimented with a good service. Thank you Jose I would give you 10 stars if I could ✨️ kudos to the chef!

This restaurant was out of the food o planned to order. The wait was long and disorganized. The manager a young kid was doing his best.. this location unfortunately doesn’t have the man power to operate properly.
We sat for over 20 minutes. Nobody never acknowledged us. We walked out! Terrible service. When we got there an old lady waitress complaint to the host that she was too busy to serve us . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE WE DID!

This place absolutely sucks! We waited for more than an hour with little to no service, i understand it could've been busy but our food wasn't even put in when we asked. It took fourty minutes to get our DRINKS! and longer than an hour and a half to get FOOD. the workers where absolutely rude and acted like we didn't exist. DO NOT COME HERE
