First time visit, on a Monday afternoon. Fabulous latte and coffee offerings; ours was served at just the right temperature and flavors. The cinnamon coffee cake was fresh, and went well with our drinks. The only down side was seating - while the loft chairs might have been comfortable, they were occupied, so we tried the couch. Probably not the best choice. But if you can grab a table and stay to do your work / study, it's the perfect place to go!
Vegetarian options: Most foods are bakery items, but the breakfast tacos all had meat or egg
Parking: Parking garage is within easy walking distance
Wheelchair accessibility: Anyone in a wheelchair will need assistance with the front door. Plenty of seating on first floor that can be used with wheelchairs.

Inclusion is my fav! Such a great working space and great coffee. On the morning of 11/12 I had a very friendly person take my order and give a great recommendation the barista who made my drink however, was rude which is where it missed the mark for me.

Today we came to Inclusion Coffee. We ordered a warmed coconut sugar free vanilla steamer for my 5 year old and a fireside latte for me. The latte was good and not overpowered by the espresso like some places. My son said it’s way good and tasty.
It cost almost $24 though.
We did have to wait a few min after we ordered bc it was a little. The ambience is cool industrial vibe with tall ceiling. It looks like they have music on the weekends.
The customer service is pretty lacking. The staff seem like they are in a bad mood or no personality. I tried to chit chat with them it was like a talking to a brick wall. They didn’t even say hello or thank you. Most of the places we go they like to interact with my son but they could have cared less. A little smile and standard niceties could go a long way. It may just be this generation of millennials or college age kids.
This place is popping! Busy, busy, busy on a Saturday afternoon. Most of Downtown Arlington didn't seem busy in the stores around that time because they had an outside event going on at Abrams/Center... but Inclusion was packed!
As I walked in, I saw that a staff member noticed & immediately went to the register ready to greet me & take my order. I put in an order to go & sat down as I waited, I was lucky to find a place to sit! The staff seems upbeat & cheery, from the person who took my order, the guy that bused the tables, to the girl who finished making my order.
There's an upstairs & downstairs which is very convenient, offers ample seating. As I was waiting I did notice it was loud & just busy, I think they run it well but just be aware if you're looking for something quiet & cozy, maybe not so much. It was loud inside. The vibe is very cool though, the design itself with open windows makes it feel light & airy. Cute furniture & greenery placed throughout for a fresh feel.
Sugar Free Caramel Latte (hot) - Excellent, not too sweet & great coffee aromatics.
Ham & Cheese Croissant - This wasn't for me, but my friend liked it. He said he wished the croissant itself was more flakey. Even though I food to-go, it wasn't even five minutes that passed when it got to him to eat - so I don't think the transit time affected it. He also said the dough to filling ration was more dough.
Almond Croissant - This is a big boy! Lots of almond filling, also not overly sweet, but heavy. I ate half of it & the rest went home.

Been here many times. The service is always great. I've rented a conference room before and there was a scheduling mix it that really messed up our event but the owned triedto make it right. I photographed a wedding here last year and it turn out very nice( despite a few hiccups)

This is one of my favorite coffee shops by far! The drinks are always fantastic, and there are often fun and unique things happening. I love that they try to highlight local small businesses from time to time. There's also ample seating and most spots have access to an outlet, so it's perfect for an extended study/work session.

I love this place; it eats up my budget with how often I come here lol. The barista Cara is really awesome. If I’m walking by and I see her working, I want to get a latte just because I know I’ll have a good conversation with her on staff.

Visited Dallas from Ohio. It's upsetting to know that I can only get Inclusion in TX. Would move just for this coffee. My husband and I went several times and every time, my order tasted the same, ordering the same drink. Would 100% recommend the handspun latte if you like sweeter coffee. I opted for the Corbano with toffee nut and would order everyday if I had the option. Patrick was the best, he remembered my husband and I and was super friendly l. I can't wait to go back on my next trip.
