Insomnia Cookies

I went Friday Jan 16th around 12-2 and my cookies were rock hard and stale I got a 6 pack plus a bigger cookie I usually love insomnia but this experience was a waste of money and the worker was not friendly at all it was like she had an attitude before I got there .

These cookies rule so hard. They’re a little bit pricy, but I think it comes with the territory. Workers were super nice and the cookies came out quick and fresh. A little cramped when there’s a lot of people, so watch out if you have big groups. Late hours are a huge bonus.

Absolutely Delicious, a wide assortment of cookies and ice cream.

Their cookies are so good! However, I went around 9pm on the night of Oct 27th and purchased a pint of vanilla ice cream which costs almost $15. The person (he/she/them) who fulfilled the order was not friendly and barely filled the pint up half way. I order from here very often, not only for myself but also for my clients. Total waste of money but also very disappointing.

I loooooove this place, it’s so delicious. Cookies are always sweet and soft 😋

Only 8 ice cream options and the minimum of ice cream scoops is 2 and the cookies are very small for 3 dollars

Service was quick and efficient. Staff was really nice and informative. Cookies are moist and melt in your mouth!

This is the third time I had them and the first time was sooo good..the second and third time after discovering there was so much butter it was dough in the middle I had to bake them in the oven..yesterday it was a absolutely horrible as usual doughy and I went straight to the toilet like the second time..unfortunately relocating to texas I thought I found my dessert place ...I can not do business with a business that's going to give me an upset stomach..please stop rushing the baking..I absolutly was loving the oatmeal raisin walnut..

Cookies are delicious. The double chocolate with marshmallows wasn't too good, the marshmallows tasted stale. Other than that these are great cookies.

Worst customer service especially from those who work at nights.

The cookies were warm, soft, and felt like a homemade treat fresh from the oven.

The them that works the front at night has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I’ve been in a couple of times at night and it’s always the same person when it first happened I thought maybe they were having a bad night but nope it’s every time I come in. I ordered a cookie a brownie and some ice cream for pickup I live about 14 mins away and it wasn’t ready by the time I got there which is fine I told them take their time to which they responded with “I will” i’m not confrontational so I just sat down and wait. It’s actually ridiculous how they treat people.

Excellent service! Cookies are so good, we definitely will come back.
