Worst possible customer service
Not as good as crumbl in my opinion, open nice and late! should definitely serve coffee IMO and have some more seating :) maybe some warmer lighting and more cozy. it feels VERY sterile cold and corporate in there.

Finally got a chance to try this place. The workers act like they don’t want to be there. Half of them were just hanging out in the back chatting and the one in front taking orders definitely didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no expression, I don’t think she said two words to me. Imagine the person taking your order not talking at all. On top of that I paid almost $10 for 3 basic cookies. Nothing special and not worth returning.

Mmmm hair in your cookies. Employee needs to learn how to put their hair up in their hat properly when serving people. Hair drapped all over people food as they were boxing up orders.
Been coming here since it opened, and they ROCK! Sweet staff are very helpful and the place is always clean and welcoming when I visit. Stop here for great ice cream abd better service. :)

The women yelled at me trying to tell me my orders. Didn’t come directly to me nor did she point me out. I’m sooo in shocked by the hostility I didn’t receive. Went around 1130pm
I love Insomnia cookies, however this location seems to only give half a scoop of ice cream for my cookie witch every time I visit.
