Customer service meh. No one seemed particularly enthusiastic about working. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. They slather a lot of butter on the bagel. Maybe most people like that. Not my preference. Asked for no cheese. They still put 2 slices on there. Sigh... Food is expensive. Its like a $9 breakfast sandwich.Minimum expectation is getting what I ordered. First time going, probably the last.

While the bagels and matcha were enjoyable, we arrived at 1:20 PM and were disappointed to find the café already closing up. We were told indoor seating was no longer available, so we had to eat in the car before heading to an important engagement. If you’re planning to dine in, be sure to arrive before 1:00 PM. I may consider returning, but likely not anytime soon.

My husband and I love going here for bagels 🥯! The cream cheese portions are generous, and we love the bacon egg and cheese on everything bagels. Best bagel place we've found in the DFW area. 👌
