Authentic Japanese cuisines at a reasonable price. The restaurant is comfortable with traditional Japanese decor styles. It is highly recommended and I think will come back often with my family.
Ramen is delicious best I’ve had.
I have never shared a 1 star review. This place is insult to ramen. I don’t know what that was. The chashu was not pork belly, it was like day old boiled pulled pork. Noodles are flavorless, I don’t believe those were even ramen noodles (wheat flour). Egg had no flavor as well did not seem marinated at all, same for the bamboo shoots. Very oily broth, hot water with chili oils, no umami. Go to TEN in Dallas for authentic ramen or Kintaro In Arlington.

I was craving for Mabodofu. However, it's hard to find good Mabodofu here in North Texas. I was about to give up on it. We finally found delicious Mabodofu in Itadaki Ramen right here in Arlington. Not only can I have mabodofu, I don't even need to leave town to get it. My husband loved chicken katsu bento box as well. Definitely give this place a try.

Some of the best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan, and the best in DFW. The sliced pork chashu in creamy miso broth was excellent. The fact that they actually provide a true soft boiled egg shows they know what they’re doing. I will be back.

At first, walking up to the shop, I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’m new to the area. Once I entered the restaurant, the lady at the front desk greeted me and asked for my order.
Since I didn’t know much about the menu, I decided to try their pork ramen bowl. The order didn’t take long, and the whole meal was very tasty. 10/10

Some of the most balanced, flavorful broth I’ve had in a long time. The broth was lite but packed a bunch of umami. Noodles were chewy and held up throughout the meal. The Katsu was crisp and delicious. Some of the best ramen in DFW.

Although food was good, their service was subpar. Entered the restaurant, more than an hour before closing. Felt the rush from the workers. Charged us before even finishing our food. “Do you mind paying” 15 min before closing. Sheesh… no attentiveness
