Ramen was delicious! We ordered clear chicken broth (Kara miso) which spice level was perfect. For appetizers we got takoyaki and chicken karaage. Overall, would definitely be back.
I was in Arlington and wanted some ramen, so I stopped by Itadaki Ramen — and wow, it did not disappoint! I got the chicken miso ramen with light sodium and it was super yummy 😋 The mango purée with avocado yogurt drink was also delicious and really refreshing. The staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful, and the owner was the sweetest! I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Arlington.

As an avid Ramen enjoyer I love this place, the miso base is amazing, pork was tender and the fat melts in your mouth. Very well portioned at a decent price. I could really tell the quality of this place. The teriyaki chicken and beef with fried rice is VERY flavorful and TENDER! The miso tofu soup that came with it was also amazing and I usually dont touch the tofu miso, for those not sure of tofu, CANT TASTE THE TOFU! Its amazing. I also asked...
