Everything was good until I opened the box. Most basic sauced wings I ever bought.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Its just chilis. Its a chilis ghost kitchen. Cheaper to go pick up. Wings are okay, but only available at a high price through doordash

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

gave my coworker completely raw chicken and customer service literally did not care

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Look we are all hard working and trying to make a dollar stretch. This would be the perfect price point and product if you would just cook it right. My wings were half cold. So were the Fries.Y'all have an area of the store literally dedicated to these orders and can't get em right?

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Our server was highly attentive, kind, and patient with us. The kid's cheese pizza was undercooked, but there was enough food on the table to share, so no one went hungry. After the day we had, this was a great way to end it.

Short and to the point… this place ins NASTY. “It’s just wings” is exactly what the name represents. The chicken was so bland I couldn’t eat it. These people are so bland the seasoning had no seasoning.

This food is such a lazy way to cook and has no style, no signature taste, they don’t spin they just drop it in the plate and “season” the top side leaving the other side bland and plain. I’ve had food from gas stations taste better than this. It was so nasty I had to make my own sauce and spun it in and. Now it tastes absolutely NOT it’s just wings but soooooo much better and has personality and REAL SEASONING TASTE.

These people need a little training in seasonings and standards big time and developing flavors. The fries is just jack in the box fries moved over to these people. Worse experience in my entire life.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you gotta make your own sauce to make it taste good that should tell you right now how nasty this place is. Blehhhh!!!!!

they just can't never seem to get it rightI walked inside after placing my order to nicely ask them to tell the kitchen to have it hot and fresh the wings smelled good when delivered to my car but when I got home there was barely any sauce it was a drizzle. if I order 44 wings buffalo and apple bbq wings I want them tossed its not that hard. the fries weren't too bad today but just once I want wings that are hot in the middle smh then again this chilis location has never been great

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
