The burger I ordered made me sick. I can't even pass buy tthe location without having a recap of that taste! I will never go back and that's saying alot because I'm not hard to please.

Ms.Viri helped me out by taking my order correctly and offering great customer service; when I get my breakfast sandwich I add mayo and a lot of the times other locations forget to add it to my breakfast sandwich. Not this one! My hash brown was hot and crispy, my supreme croissant was delicious until the last bite! The atmosphere inside was great, very clean and this is starting to become my new favorite jack in the box Arlington location.

To being rushed at the drive thru even though we were the only ones there. To cold tacos and even three of them with LONG HAIR IN THEM. SMH and when I tried calling the number “isn’t accepting calls”. I want my refund.

I am a frequent visitor, even more so on uber eats ordering from this location.. tonight i received my order (after having to call and chase down my uber driver bc he didn’t deliver to the right apartment. Nonetheless i got my food, not Jack’s fault.. but as I’m eating my food.. i realize my spicy chicken sandwich tastes like chemicals. Very strong, chemicals.. very disappointed considering i dont have a car at the moment to get different food. This needs to be fixed.

DO NOT eat here if you want regular sized portions. This location down sizes it's food tremendously and still charges the same price. The only thing that stays the same are the tacos and drinks. Other than that do not get a burger from here its literally hand held and you can eat it in 3 bites go to another location.

The franchise owner needs to do better, as well as their general manager. The backed up drive-thrus are probably because of delivery drivers having to share the drive-thru. They should be using some divided service method, so that the drive-thru is for paying customers only at all hours. Likely understaffed too, to penny pinch or the wrong people on shift, who don't work efficiently.

Went through drive thru after repeating our order several times… We were still giving the wrong items and didn’t receive an item… Called the number listed on the receipt, not active… Called the number listed for this store in google, not active…

Restaurantji Recommends
Recently moved back to Texas from Florida where they have no Jack. Was craving a Breakfast Croissant since i haven't had one in years... Went to Lamar@Cooper location at 10pm and was told they weren't serving breakfast cuz they were cleaning the grill (?) Yet they could still make burgers (?)
So we went to the Collins location across from Cowboys Stadium.
The Croissant was nothing like I remembered. The 'Croissant' used to be Crescent shape, flaky and good. This one was round, soggy and like a frozen, microwaved sandwich. So disappointing. What happened, Jack??

Much RESPECT to jack in the box. I work overnight and its almost impossible to find places that will serve you the full menu all day ! So thank you so much for doing this it is a lifesaver.

Highly recommend this location. It’s fast, clean, & very friendly. Sunny is the man in which he takes pride in his work. Him & his teams dedication to excellent food service is outstanding & definitely should be recognized. Keep up the awesome, fantastic, & amazing work. 👍
