I’m simply leaving a bad review because of the guy working the drive through window on 3-15-25 around 5:20pm CT. He literally closed the window while I was speaking to him and was just rude. A training on Customer Service needs to be had when you speak to the majority of the customers.

On this day it was the slowest drive thru you could imagine. We get a lunch hour not a lunch 2 hour. I so pissed. 20 Minutes from the time I ordered and the sandwiches are not everbn ready.

The food brought back childhood memories. The tacos were crunchy and had the right amount of spiciness. The salad with grilled chicken provided a healthy option and helped to avoid eating too many tacos...yummy 😋

Our french toast sticks were stale, the drive through cashier didn't enter our order until pickup so i had no way of knowing that it was correct or that the amount he asked for was correct, and the guy was on his phone whilenwe were waiting for our order. This location is sub-par for the franchise. We usually have a much better experience at other locations.
