The cook they had today 11.12.25 at 1:00pm . It was a man , he was had no gloves on and he did that nasty disgusting thing that some people do, where u press your finger down on one side of your nostril and blow out the other side, no tissue no nothing! Just blew it into the air ..😭🤮

I am was in Euless Jack in the Box near my house and the app send my food here they don't answer the phone and i can't get ahold of a manger to talk to them about my refund and I have to go to thru my bank and the are lying to my bank saying that I got the food but I didn't get the food because this Jack in the Box is 30 to 35 minutes away from me and I don't understand how I can be at to place at one at the same time if they have any common sense they would know that one person can't be at 2 different places at the same time and they don't want to get me my refund back don't come to this place if you don't want them to scam you

Don’t ever come to this location I had ordered a chicken sandwich and halfway through eating my meal. I realize there was mold on the bread. I tried to call the location, but unfortunately, their phone number doesn’t even ring. It just hangs up so the fact that I can’t even contact anybody to let them know that they have moldy bread is insane for me.

I work long hours so I decided to pick up something for my granddaughter and myself. The drive thru window clerk had an attitude as soon as we drove up to the window, when taking the money out of my hand and when he gave me the receipt. Sorry, you think your to good to be at a drive thru.

The tacos were not completely heated, and I guess they changed the recipe. When biting into the taco, it was not only cold, but it had a sweet taste in the sauce.

Horrible service the manager Roxan. She didn’t give me a receipt she has a nasty attitude and takes forever with the order . Yall need to do something with her I’m sure there’s more customers with the same issue . Roxan if you’re not customer service friendly then jack is not the place for you . I get better service with the new girl

This is the worst jack. It’s closed at 5am and dose not get my order right. I ordered 6 French toast stiks then he charged me for 3 then he charged me again for another 3 my French toast are burnt
