Looks like my review was deleted. Was charged over a dollar more for a combo than what it said when I ordered. I was not offered a receipt. I had to ask for one. When I questioned price Raquel M said it was the tax. Over and over again.When I pointed to the receipt and showed her the separate line for the tax.She then acted busy and started taking another order.I will not return.Check your receipts people

Alejandra C was very rude when taking my order at the drive-thru. She kept telling me to hold on with an attitude after each item I would order and when I got to the window she didnāt even have the guts to give me my order. She had one of her coworkers do it. I would not recommend this jack-in-the-box when Alejandra C is working because, apparently, she was having a bad day and was taking her anger out on the customers. A very bad experience. The food was good and hot which is a plus thanks to the employees that work in the kitchen customer service was horrible.

Used the drive thru Was absolutely seamless except for the short slight wait with the vehicle infront of me. Prices are decent. Would definitely recommend especially for breakfast sandwiches.
Kid-friendliness: Seems like it although didn't notice any play area like one would in places like Burger King and McDonald's.
