I've tried everything to use a special they've advertized. I even looked at instructions online and ordered precisely as instructed. It doesn't apply. This isn't the first time so I shouldn't have driven there before ordering. I guess I'll go to Subway instead. ps..I tried two other locations as well.

Food is ok but the prices on the drive thru menu don’t match the prices that they actually charge. Pay attention to the prices that show on the screen because it will not be what is on the menu. I spent a lot more than I wanted to because of this and definitely will not be back.

I am a regular customer here at this Jack and I usually do my online pick up orders for Jessica at least once a week. I left a previous review 2 times with how great the service was here.
This time however was very different. The guy at the speaker had an attitude from start to finish. I ordered 2 combos via the app on my boyfriends phone and picked these up on my way home from work. They proceeded to tell me you didn't get drinks as I asked for my drinks. There is a lady with short hair and she is usually very friendly but when I noticed things were weird and they didn't want to give me my drinks I said can we just do a full refund. The guy says he's new and can't do that, while sighing and giving me attitude the whole time. But THEN as I give them the bag back it rips and the lady inside starts freaking out saying it's Mt fault the bag ripped and she's not giving me a new bag??? She says WERE SWAMPED.

Okay? And ? You refuse my drinks I paid for and then didn't want to give me anew paper bag when mine ripped ??

I told the boy at the front that it would be best to change his attitude as I do understand working halloween since I had just left work myself but there was absolutely no reason for it.

I am unfortunate I didn't get their names, but I do see the short haired woman regularly and she is usually nice to me so I'm sure I'll be able to get her name soon.

I am also sending an email about this experience to the corporate office because it was the worst customer service I have ever received in my lifetime, and I work retail

Quality of service has dropped. Came by at 12am after work and the lady on the speaker immediately said "Jack in the box" which is their normal greeting here. Started to order, and she cut my husband off saying "can you wait guy". We just left, its not even worth it since they haven't gotten the order right the last 2 times we've been there. Edit: So many bad reviews seemingly about this one lady, it's kinda sad

I haven't been to jack in the box in a while and decided to go to this location tonight after work. Got to the drive thru at 1am and tried to order. The order taker was very rude. I dont know what happened to her or if she had a bad day, but that's no excuse to treat a customer the way she did. She greeted me, and I asked if I can get a combo. But she stayed quiet, and there was no response. Then she proceeded to say "okay you ordered a combo but what side, what drink, what size, i dont know what you want, its your order". I haven't been here in awhile and dont remember how the ordering work, but I remember customer service was better than this.

*** And after reading some of the recent reviews, people are talking about the same thing: customer service. Management is obviously not doing anything about this.

The drive thru lady was very rude, extremely inpatient and rushed everything, didn't add my last meal I ordered and when I told.her at the window she replied with well I can't help you, and I can't add it to the order

Like seriously your the one that messed it up will not return to this location

I just left this jack in the box and they were closed. All lights were off and drive thru was off. While I drove off, I saw two people inside. Super sad because I wanted breakfast before work :-(
