Placed a order through the app to get home to realize that my food was hard as a brick took it back because they wouldn’t pick up the phone and was denied a refund or a remake so I placed another order just to be missing food I will definitely not be coming back to this location and would recommend everyone to choose a different restaurant than this location terrible experience

I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo. I got a cheeseburger with everything. The front door had plywood. I asked why They said it's a long story and wouldn't say. Not a soul in the whole place. But here is what was disturbing to us. As we were eating, we heard a small baby crying. Nobody was in drive thru so it wasn't coming from there. It was coming from the back where they were working! Somebody there brought their baby to work!!! It's not safe, and it's tacky. Maybe think a little about who you hire for Pete's sake!

I’ve gone to the drive through three times and every time i pull up to the speaker, the employees are communicating with each other through the microphones and it allows all customers to hear their personal conversations and when they ask for my order they are always so rude about it.

FOOD POISONING ALERT!
On 7/7 I ate the smash burger here and became extremely sick. I was tested today for flu and COVID and both were negative so the food from here was definitely the culprit.

Tacos were the worst I have ever had and the frys were nasty popcorn chicken ok but I'm from indianapolis and I will never go to another jack n the box again they use to be good not sure what happened but f this place it's not worth your hard earned money so don't waste your time

I ordered a plain jumbo jack with extra pickle and didn't get the extra pickle. I recommend you looking at your order before leaving because they don't always get your order right.
This restaurant is disgusting with visible mold. Ordered a southwest salad and received a classic salad. Went and approach the workers and the cook just put the chicken on it and heated the entire salad so my lettuce was warm. The tables were dirty clearly this place is mismanaged!!
