The hours of operation are wrong to start off on the website it says they closed at 12am and at the restaurant it says they closed at 1am. I went through the drive thru at 11:45pm and they were already closed it was three cars they ignored staff was still there and they tried to ignored me until she saw me recording them she approached the windows to tell me they closed at 12 but it wasn't even 12 yet, then she change it to we closed at 11:45. Like what kind of business the owner is running here staff super rude that closes when they pleased. I have a video were it shows how she tried to hide.

Out of town visitor and this is one of the closest fast food place near us for a quick bite to eat. Between the 2 visits, my order was wrong on details that were plainly requested and repeated back to confirm order. Unfortunately one of the team members was the same staff member assisting us both times, despite the lunch/late night time difference between visits. My experience was also at both drive thru and counter. I highly suggest checking your order before you leave the counter or window. As for customer service, the errors were corrected but with rudeness and obvious signs of being annoyed with having to correct their mistakes.

I purchased a coffee this am and first of all when I walked in they had on regular clothes, and also I asked for sugar and cream and for it to be put in my bag so I asked them when order was done was my cream and sugar in bag they said it was, when I get home to drink my coffee there is no cream or sugar in my bag ..I am beyond livid all I wanted was some dam coffee today to start my morning off and can’t even enjoy it.. lucky I don’t feel like getting out this bed to go back up there but I most definitely was leaving a review..Horrible customer service and they lied about what was in my bag..
The last 2 times I went through drive through and ordered milkshakes they give me small ones but charge me for large.

I requested a special order to ensure the order was explicitly fresh and to my standard considering my commute. Unfortunately they ignored my request so I simply returned it. Customers aren’t ordering fresh food to ANNOY YOU. They’re ordering it fresh because that’s what they prefer. And talking about a customer, me in Spanish doesn’t make it any better. Especially when they speak your language. “Rude as hell” is a universal truth. I just won’t come back.

Service was horrible in the drive thru I had order a spicy chicken sandwich munchies meals mess up my order my sandwich wasn’t even spicy it was a regular one I payed extra for ranch and there was nun in the bag lady at the window was very rude overall very disappointed in the service when it wasn’t even busy
