I ordered a #21, the hashbrown was dry and tasted old, and the egg on my sandwich had egg shells in it. When I tried to call them the phone did not ring. It just went to voicemail and that was full. ?

Update to my rating to 1 star. The employees here are usually good however today they kept my card by mistake and paid for other people's food with it. I came in seeking a refund now for both my food and the extra charge they made on my account. They refunded the extra charge but not my own. I had to drive out to Mansfield to do errands without my debit card so I had to drive all the way back out here to this location and I still had to drive out to Mansfield. When a company owns a mistake they need to fairly compensate for that mistake.They refused to give me the district managers and the store managers numbers so I can call and make a complaint. They also don't have a phone number set up here so this is all unacceptable.

There weren't enough workers to service the lobby and the drive-thru on 10/2/23. The manager nor the person preparing the food greeted me, they both just looked. The cashier finally came and took my order but never set the register for me to pay and she quickly went back to the drive-thru window. After 2 minutes of trying to get one of their attention, I walked off! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION!

expect long wait times for someone to take your order...drive thru has priority ..u will wait untill all drive thru orders are taken before they make your order .also the person who takes your order is same person to pack up and give out drive thru orders first ......i went to burger king and was happy with the quickness to take my order ........and the reply from so called owner proves my point they could careless about the customers it's all about the money ?

I guess classic has jalapeños and chipotle sauce also 2 dollar mini burger should get you more then one strip of bacon. communication skills are lacking plus cook may be slightly retarded. Double check your food

Food is good, but the order process was a bit rough (the drive thru employee kept switching what I wanted, but maybe new staff). When I got the bag, it was greasy and soaking thru the bag. So just a little caution when placing in your car.In the end all was good and food was okay.

Stopped bay after the METALLIC concert to get a quick bit. Love the tacos ?. But the Sourdough Jack looks like it has gotten smaller. Of course, we went thru the drive thru, and I asked the lady at the window if there was catsup in the bag, and the lady said yes. But guess what, there wasn't any. But guess what Leo says "YOU ALWAYS GET *UCKED WHEN YOU GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU" Once again great tacos ?.

GAVE ME HAND GESTURE TO HOLD ONON. NEXT MRNG STOP IN FOR BREAKFAST AND CUSTOMER WAS IN THERE BCUZ THEY HAD HER ORDER WRONG AND ITEMS MISSING...I SAW SAME LADY FROM MONNDAY TAKE OLD FRIES AND PUT THEM BACK IN FRYER AND GAVE TO DRIVE THRU ...NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN...
