I normally don't write reviews but I had to for this location. (This just happened. 11:25pm today) We waited in the drive-thru line for over 10 minutes with no response at the speaker. Mind you, the line was extending towards the street. We kept saying “hello” and still got no answer. When we finally pulled around to see what was going on, there were three workers just sitting and laughing instead of helping customers. As soon as we drove off, they looked right at us. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

This was my fav location but service and “portions” seem to go down . Not sure if it’s a new crew or just the afternoon shift but they need better ears so they can get my order right at the screen (mind you I speak loud & clear) . Also my drinks are NEVER filled up all the way and there’s always something missing 🤦🏻♀️

The staff makes you pull up away frm the window even if there is no traffic behind you. And when that happens usually the order is wrng or missing sumthing this time i didnt wanted to move to make sure i got everything and they got upset. Im never going back there i rather go to another jack or other place.
The fries were really cold & the tenders were hard as rock bad service.

4:29pm 5/16/25 Ck 1233 Server Jospeh took my order just few minutes ago, we order mini churros, jalapeños and added cheesecake. He charge us for all those items but never gave us the cheesecake. Tried calling them but not answering
