Terrible service and those lemonades are pure water.
The one working the early morning shift, Veronica T, seems like people are going to ask her to serve you reluctantly!!! Please improve that.

The drive thru on weekday mornings is the worst. The older lady is rude and it takes at least 15-20 min to get thru the drive thru with only 1 other car in it. It was part of my morning routine but not going forward.

We asked for a chicken salad. Hamburger with no cheese, fries, and sweet tea. Got the salad and a Jr burger. Told them and they said we have to go around again to order our go inside. Employees laughing about this thinking we are amused about this. Horrible service

It seems every time I go here they cannot get my order right. Tonight I asked for no sauce on a jr cheeseburger. Not a major ask. I received one with mayo and no pickles. I have literally driven to locations further out because the quality has gone way down over the years. I keep hoping will get better and it never does. Out of the past 10 orders I've made at this location, only 1 has been correct. And I hardly ever deviate from a cheeseburger with no sauce.

I went to shop right now, it's 2.20 am, they didn't want to help me because the system was closed. From what I understand, the system closes at 4am

I had a terrible experience at this location that tried to redirect me elsewhere and tell me my Uber eats ordered food was at another location and that I had the address wrong. The lady have me an address and right when I was leaving I looked in the side of the building and it was indeed the address I initially told the lady who had said I was wrong. Her address was some random number and when I called her out on it, she said Uber made a mistake.
How? It's was HER who told me the wrong address and didn't apologize for it and then commenced to being snippy throughout the interaction. Very unprofessional and ghetto demeanor across the board smh.
This location also always had absent minded cashiers and order takers. Absolutely atrocious customer service

when i tell you the racism i’ve experienced tonight is so crazy. the black guy told all mexican speaking customers “i don’t speak fish, no spanish only english” the mexican guy WORKER ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN IS CRAZY!! they literally turned down every mexican guy going to that drive thru. they kept saying there was no food! who do i need to speak too? parking every car that comes thru is WILD.

The drive through it horrible placed with the parking lot on the right side being a problem. The employees treat you like your at Waffle House and then don’t struggle to ignore your sauce requests and half your order, when asking me to pull to the side I was missing fries, jalapeños, and tacos. HORRIBLE
