We went through the drive thru placed an order and when I got to the window to pay the cashier was the rudest person had an unpleasant face. Very unprofessional when she was handing me the drinks I noticed 1 was missing and asked her for it and she seemed bothered…. If you don’t know how to work in customer service then don’t!

I ordered two munchies meals got onion rings instead of curly fries in both boxes and no tacos
We don't want to hear you talking about hooking people up in the drive through it's not a dating service. At least say hi when a customer walks in and at least say excuse me when you have to walk past someone. Even my 3 year old knows that. Food ok but customer service is horrible they didn't even say thanks have a good day and thats easy. Wow

I just got back from picking up an online order and I checked the bag expecting to get my dipping sauce that I ordered on the app and it wasn't there. Before I left the drive thru I asked the guy at the window if he checked to make sure everything was correct and he claimed he did so I believed him because personally I like to have some faith in people when it comes to simple things. Before I pulled up to the window I asked them at the speaker to make sure my drink had no ice because no matter how many times I tell them in person/through the app/or through the speaker they always seem to get that wrong. If it ain't one thing it's another.
